Skintique has been the WORST skin clinic I’ve ever been.

I’ve had 2 consultations with them about the treatment of scar removal. The first consultation was fine, but the second one was absolutely AWFUL.

My second one was on 18 June at 05:30 pm, and I used my annual leave to leave my company earlier for the patch test.

They let me wait for another hour to do the patch test. What’s the point of booking the time then? And simultaneously I wasted my annual leave…

After that, the lady said she’d give me a call back after 3 days and discussed if they could fix my scar, but I’ve never heard from anyone. Instead, I’ve called them a thousand times for an answer. That’s made me angry.

Every time when I called, the lady always said someone would contact me. Guess what? It never happened. I even messaged them, and they kept ignoring me. I genuinely feel like they’ve treated like a joke.

All I wanted was knowing if they could offer me a treatment.

If you can’t offer the treatment that I want, just let me know instead of fobbing me off plz.

If you can’t give me a call on the day you promise, don’t make any promises plz.
