Fraudulent company misleads me by advertising a product available online for sale, then sent something different. Ignoring my emails and have not received a refund. AVOID this company.

5 star because I couldn't do the plasma eye treatment because of my skin type, she was very honest, to the point, no fuss and told me how it was, agree didn't drag me on and want greedy for money! I paid nothing for consultation and appreciated a lot the truthfulness of her work! Even tho I couldn't do it, if recommend her because she keeps it real

I am one of your customer and I contacted you to for my skin treatment and your doctor prescribed some products after a video call, but unfortunately after spending £300 my skin got worse! When I got back to your doctor, she said she is too busy to solve my problems.

Terrible company, ordered skinade and never received it, they said I had signed for a package when I 100% never signed or received such a thing, either the delivery company they use have thief's working for them or skin oracle are scammers just taking peoples money and playing dumb, never had this issue with other suppliers and wish I never visited this scam website, beware potential buyers.

I have ordered online Colorescience Total Eye from Skin Oracle and the product arrived within a week. This was good delivery time given the Covid19 lockdown and that it was during Easter Bank holidays 2020, plus my parcel was tracked so l could see how far it is from delivery. I even had a query which was answered promptly by the team. Happy with the product and l would use again as I noted that Skin Oracle sells some brands which are very hard to find in UK. Thank you Skin Oracle!

I discovered Skin Oracle by chance, via a search engine. I find their prices for cosmeceuticals products, such as Mesoestetic and Skinceuticals are very reasonable and there is usually a discount code when ordering over a certain amount.

Orders arrive well packaged and quickly. I would recommend this website and will continue to use it.

Ordered Skinaid. Price was much cheaper, delivery good, free water bottle included.
But product was a FAKE!!!!!!!! Different taste from the genuine article.
Wrote a similar review to them. However they just included the “ cheaper price and good delivery” bit.
AND THEY INCREASED MY POOR STAR RATING To 5

Had a brilliant experience with the company. Was very surprised and a bit suspicious with the prices on Elemis products but decided to try. I also got an extra 15% off and saved around £150 in total. The order has arrived the next day despite me choosing regular delivery. Very happy with my products and service!

I have placed an order(WALJSJNAU) in May, and still have not received yet. The worst service ever!!!!

We have been using Ultrasun sunscreen products for several years now & rate them highly, unusually sticking to the extreme spf50 before dropping down to the family spf30. We have seen the spf30 sports gel around for a while now & wanted to give it a try, as it was competitively priced on the the SKINORACLE’S WEBSITE we thought now was as good a time as any to give it a go. BIG MISTAKE - Having only recently been on holiday & used this product we are NOT CONVINCED IT WAS A GENUINE PRODUCT. The whole bottle lasted two of us less than six days, stained & ruined several items of specially bought holiday clothes (even though we had been through the bath each night) but more importantly one of us ended up getting BURNT. THE CONSISTENCY OF THE PRODUCT WAS NOT RIGHT. IT WAS A RUNNY LIQUID NOT A GEL AND VERY GREASY. Having looked into this further on our return, the genuine Ultrasun sports Gel spf30 is definitely a gel consistency - this is NOT what we received and we know now that what we received in the bottle WAS NOT ULTRASUN spf30 sports gel so hence we would definitely avoid!!!!

On another note - tried to leave an honest review on their website and it never appeared. Questionable to say the least!

Great experience with this company
Due to damage to the packaging of the product I had ordered it didn't arrive on time. The company called me to inform me they would send the product out without the original packaging and refund me the charge for my inconvenience.
