Taking orders without stock and failing to refund customers
I had a very disappointing experience with this company.
Timeline of events:
* 26 February: Order placed and paid via Klarna
* Mid–late March: Expected dispatch window provided by the company
* 26 March – 8 April: Multiple follow-ups sent with no response
* 9 April: Company finally responded, advising the item was still unavailable and offering a refund
* 9 April (same day): I accepted the refund immediately
* Following weeks: I was told the refund had been “processed”, however no funds have been received and there has been no update via Klarna
Despite requesting proof of refund (such as a transaction ID or confirmation), this has not been provided.
Overall, this experience has involved:
* Significant delays
* Lack of communication
* A refund being promised but not actually processed
I have now had to escalate this matter further in order to recover my funds.
I would not recommend purchasing from this business based on my experience.
