Skin.Club is executing selective scams. I legally won two FAMAS | Bad Trip (MW) and one MP9 | Starlight Protector (FT). After the CS2 update skyrocketed their real market value to over $228, the site unilaterally cancelled my trade, blocked my withdraw button, and forced a generic $25 refund without my consent to avoid their financial loss. Support agent "Gabriela" closed my ticket claiming the case was complete. This is market manipulation. My items are still frozen in my onsite inventory as ghost balance. Fix this issue and enable my withdraw button.
UPDATE RESPONSE TO SKIN.CLUB MANAGEMENT (Ticket #765871):Stop lying to the public with generic templates. You claim you don't force refunds, but your agent "Gabriela" did exactly that.Let's look at your own broken numbers: You executed a forced refund of €25/€30 to my bank without my consent. Currently, my 3 frozen skins are valued on your site at a fake price of $18.43. If they are only worth $18, why did your support compensate me with a $2.00 voucher on top of a $25 forced refund (Total $27)?You did it because you know the true Steam market value of those items is over $228.00. You locked my withdraw button to steal my legitimate profit after the CS2 update. My Ticket ID is #765871 and all visual proof has been sent to official-inquiries_skin.club. Look up the ticket files and unlock my withdraw button. The YouTube Short campaign countdown is still running.

Huge scam maybe the cases and upgrades are legit but that's not the scam withdraws and deposits have huge fees the skins have around a 25% fee which is crazy plus the 10% house edge
