UPDATE: 1 star to 4… What started out as a “random” charge to my bank account has ultimately tuned into a full refund, which was incredibly shocking to me considering the way this all happened.... See more

I'm liking it so far and provided some helpful tips right from the start

I canceled on the last day of trial but got charged. The “support” feature in this app is a button and button only. - no customer support. This happened on Jan 9. Apple denied my request of a refund on Jan 12.
Really need to avoid this app. Signs showed that this app meant to scam users money. It’s unfortunate that I fell in the trap - but I wanted to warn all new users: DO NOT START TRIAL!!
I canceled the trial to give myself more time to find out if I’d pay for a long term subscription. Now that they made me feel feel forced to pay - I don’t want to use the app any more. It’s a shame an app doesn’t work on earning trust but a fraud to trick for one time payments - Very short sighted.

Pretty decent. Makes you clearly think about social scenarios thoroughly and keeps you engaged.

If I could give zero stars I would. I cancelled this subscription weeks ago and was charged $22.43 today. The developers should be ashamed of themselves acting like the “cancel subscription” option is down and it’s “an issue on their end”. Yeah right. I’m sure you bank on people forgetting to go through the hassle of figuring out how to get rid of this subscription. Ridiculous.

I was recently charged for an annual subscription that I didn't authorize. I cancelled the subscription same day and can't seem to find a contact number or email for support to confirm the cancellation and refund. I've sent messages to 2 different emails, both have bounced.

What an amazing app for learning that is very engaging, easy to understand and full of wonderful ideas. It changed my mind about the way I think. Thank you very much!

Same as others. Getting charged after cancelling. This app is a scam.

My child accidentally subscribed to Skillsets yesterday. I emailed the support team and received a prompt response. My subscription was canceled the same day, and when I requested a refund, it was processed the very next day. Thank you so much for your help, Iris and Nadia.
