The website is excellent and kept very up to date. I accidentally purchased the annual subscription instead of monthly, but the support team responded immediately and processed a full refund quickly and hassle-free. Highly recommend!
Horrible support
Horrible support, horrible content cadence. The whole operation oozes of laziness and entitlement. Good luck getting any more than a cookie cutter response from support on anything at all. They dont care about even long time subs. Their YT content is nearly as good as what they make you pay for, avoid its a waste of money and ran by folks who couldnt care less about their customers.

I accidentally purchased the annual plan instead of the monthly one on Skill Capped. I contacted support immediately to explain the mistake and asked if it could be changed or refunded.
It has now been over two weeks, and I still haven’t received any response despite emailing multiple times. The complete lack of customer support is very frustrating.
I’m hoping this review gets their attention so someone from Skill Capped finally responds and helps resolve the issue.
Their support is non existent
Their support is non existent. Bought it used it for 2 days realized it wasn’t for me. Wanted a refund, sent an email 3 weeks ago and got an automated email telling me they were going to answer within 48 hours. 3 weeks and no response to several emails.
Sad refund policy
Sad refund policy. In all their advertisements they say oh go up 5 divisions or your money back. I watched like the whole first set of videos enough to equal over 2 per week for the rest of the year. I got to get a refund and they said no because I didn't watch 2 per week... Seriously? Im sorry I didn't spread them out across every week and instead watched them all In a short time. And does it matter? Like your telling me I'm not getting a refund because I didn't use your service enough? So like what am I paying for exactly then? I watched a decent bit of videos I quit league because of life and I can't get my money back because your faq's say you have to watch 2 per week for like the entire year. That's some shady shit.

Been emailing them multiple times during the last 2 weeks without a response.
Regarding a refund within 30 days no questions asked.
I am starting to wonder if it is their strategy to wait the 30 days out before they reply and then deny the refund.

Very good customer service
Very good customer service. They refunded me when I forgot to cancel my annual renewal. Not a lot of companies do that. There is a 10 day grace period though so make sure you’re within that.

Plat for the first time
I have been hard stuck gold 3/4 mid main for around 3 years. After watching their good/bad assassin video, multiple midlane videos, and roaming videos, and some Smurf commentaries, I was able to climb to platinum 4 in about 2 months. I’ve never been plat, I got to gold 1 season 8 as a karma support main but couldn’t hit plat. Now I’m a plat player.
Skill capped was worth it for me but you have to watch the videos and practice a lot.

i subscribed annually without intention and mistake my me support replied right away and refunded me after a couple of days. that's the only thing i would make a suggestion about which is make the subscriber monthly option highlighted instead of the anual one. i know you are trying to make money (in order to provide the great coaching they have) but it wouldnt be better to save the work of refunding every time someone wrongly subs? Other than that everything is cool.
