Worked as Snowboard Instructor for SkiBro. Outstanding payment for lessons provided in March 2025. After the last email in May 2025 where I have been asked to be patient as the payment will arrive there has been no contact. They do not reply to phone or emails. Very dishonest.
NEVER BEEN PAYED
I worked with their platform but never received payment. I've been waiting for payment since February 2024 - it's October 2025 and the company still hasn't paid the amount due. This is both outrageous and ridiculous. Ski Bro continues to claim that due to financial difficulties, they aren't paying the instructors because the government hasn't provided the required funds. The clients I've taught have all paid for my hours on the platform. They deserve nothing but bankruptcy.

Great concept - poor service
Although the website is not entirely intuitive to navigate, there's a decent pool of potential instructors to select from, varying in levels and prices. It's not immediately clear when you're booking a private session for just 1 or 2 people or if the instructor is reserving a spot just for you or for others too. Last thing you want is to turn up on the day thinking you have a private session and 5 other people show up - then you're not exactly getting what you pay for. So, it's important you speak to the instructor.
However, when I booked, the instructor didn't respond for 2 or 3 days, and when they finally did respond and I booked, I received an email confirming the booking was received... but... the email didn't actually confirm the booking itself - very confusing.
Eventually, I turned up at the resort and tried to confirm with SkiBro but I received no response whatsoever, so I was left on the slopes with no instructor.
Eventually I received a response saying they were still waiting on 'Prime Ski' to confirm the booking, that's all, no other information. Meantime, it really screwed my ski trip!

No response from SkiBro 5…
I made an online booking with SkiBro 5 days ago but the ski instructor has sent messages to our email to say that he is unable to get confirmation from SkiBro about the booking or payment. I have messaged SkiBro by email and via the website several times and not received any response for 3 days. I am unable to log-in to the online account. I hope SkiBro can respond asap today.
Skibro lessons cancelled ... refund received but still inconvenient
I fly out to Les Gets on Saturday and I have just had all my lessons cancelled because apparently Skibro cannot pay the lesson provider promptly. According to the lesson provider they have not been paid by Skibro for any lesson for the last two weeks, but only just informed the provider today of their financial issues.
I have now heard back from Skibro and received a refund.

Please do not use this company, booked a ski lesson for my stepdaughter and I and they cancelled 3 days before the booking meaning I was unable to book another lesson! Extremely disappointed and do not recommend.
Awesome ski instructor
Yann has been genuinely brilliant this week. He was so patient and kind. Yann is great company in general and incredibly skilled on the slopes. He tailored his lessons to suit my skill level perfectly. We worked on improving parallel turns, speed and confidence! I would not hesitate to book lessons with Yann again. Thank you so much!

looking for an instructor by schools in the area is not easy, everything is full and no flexibility in time. At skibro I can contact instructors personally en see what times are available

The website continuously changed my confirmed reservation date without any prompting on my part. That was frustrating and caused me credit card issues. Charlie at SkiBro was very helpful in resolving this issue that was created by the SkiBro website.
