We have just finished our first Skeddadle ride which was a 3-day ride along Hadrian’s Wall. A great well organised trip. We appreciated the pre-trip support from Ben and the team which all helped to make this a really memorable journey.

First time this route had been done and guides were not familiar with all of it - as a result some of the terrain was terrible and we had been told road bikes would be ok - well they certainly weren't - we had mud and I mean mud, sand, gravel, grass and woodland tracks. It is classed as a leisure ride but I wouldn't say getting back to the hotel at 6pm was a leisure ride. Weather was terrible on first day - torrential rain and high winds and as a result very dangerous at times - feel common sense and health and safety should have prevailed and maybe a shorter route would have been a better idea.

Great and sometimes unusual accommodation like agritourismos and paradors. Fantadtic routes to ride. Great support.

Sandstone Way, my seventh cycling adventure with Saddle Skedaddle and, as always, a well thought out route, excellent accommodation and great guides. I had a problem with my own bike on the second day - solved. The food was good, so thank you Liz and Mario.

Very professional company with excellent service before, during and after my LEJOG cycling holiday.
Friendly and knowledgeable tour guides who constantly checked we were all ok
on route and provided sumptuous lunches and snacks to keep us all fed and motivated to get the job done !.
I would not hesitate to recommend giving this company a try on your next cycling holiday.

Just finished our first trip with Skedaddle; Sacred Routes on MTB through Tuscany, self guided. It was fantastic, great and varied routes through the beautiful countryside and villages of Tuscany. Definitely will book with Skedaddle again, everything worked out really well and the GPS navigation tool worked great too.. didn’t get lost and didn’t fall off
Thanks
Sue

Excellent communication, nothing was too much trouble. The partner company in Ireland were also without fault.

This is my second trip with Skedaddle, this time to bike the coast to coast.
Both the guides were excellent. Lots of information was provided beforehand, gps routes of the ride were provided for day to day navigation on Garmin. Really friendly group from around the world and a sociable trip. I have some disabilities and the company worked with us beforehand to resolve any potential difficulties.

I love Skedaddle. The focus on cycling, (rather than 5 star hotels), the self-selecting bikers who are serious about cycling, the guides who are exceptionally knowledgable, patient, helpful, and, when necessary, firm.

A brilliant holiday, experienced and knowledgeable guides. I was the first trike cyclist they had ridden with and were totally welcoming.

Got to be the best cycling holiday company in the uk. They go above and beyond to look after their customers

We spent 1o days crossing Hadrian's Wall, then north up the coast to Sea Horses, and then finally inland and north ending in Edinburgh. A self guided route the routing instructions were excellent. The written instructions were detailed and accurate. The GPX files were absolute and never failed us. All we had to do was get to the end of the route and then look around, our accommodation would be in sight! Accommodation varied in type (B&B or Hotel), and we were consistently well received. We have taken 6 similar holidays in the UK and Europe previously and this one was the best overall.

We've just had a great time doing Hadrian's Cycleway over four days. We went for the fairly leisurely option so that we could stop and visit various places of interest on the way (and because we're 74 and took our own bikes which aren't electric!). Accommodation was good (with owners well used to soggy cyclists and walkers - there were even drying rooms in some). The maps, app and route information provided by Skedaddle were really detailed and we were given a lot of helpful advice at the introductory meeting. Every aspect of dealing with the company was professional and efficient and led to a great holiday. We're already planning our next trip.......

Ten of us were on the self-guided Way of the Roses route with 5 days cycling. Stayed at some great places and the scenery was stunning. The app and GPX worked well, the route was easy to follow. A few of the group hired e-bikes from SS and the two minor issues we had were promptly resolved without delaying us, For those on our own non-e-bikes, the route is very rideable. A great holiday - thanks!

This must be the tenth booking I’ve made with Skedaddle. I’m in my 70’s, travelling alone and I have never felt anything but welcomed, relaxed and accommodated. The guides are fantastic, completely non judgemental, approachable and competent. I will continue using this company until I can no longer stay upright

This was a brilliant trip cycling Coast to Coast from Whitehaven to Tynemouth.
My brother and I hired hybrid bikes which were excellent and in pristine condition.
Luggage transfer was faultless.
The guys at Saddle Skedaddle were most helpful and this ensured a memorable cycling achievement. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys to others.

Extremely well organised C2C trip.
From the initial booking and receipt of information to the end of the holiday, my brother and I found Saddle Skeddadle highly professional.
The quality of bikes provided and the route information including the navigation App made for hassle free cycling. Hotels were extremely good value, comfortable and meals outstanding. Taxi transfers and baggage transport all went according to plan. Can’t fault anything and will be booking another similar holiday in the near future. Thank you for a great holiday experience!

Was trying to arrange medical insurance (Skedaddle's link to a recommended broker doesn't work, and the broker's website won't provide details of cover until you request a quote). Next thing I know, they've charged £1,080 to my credit card with no prior warning. Even the energy companies don't do this! No doubt I must have agreed something in the small print back in January. Sharp practice guys, and from recent reviews you're making a habit of it. Really poor customer service.
