I recently purchased Sketchers Slip ins and I absolutely love them. I have very flat feet and pronation. These are the most comfortable shoes I have and I wear them all the time. They support my feet where needed. I highly recommend them. I have to also say that in the past I purchased a pair of sandals that were supposed to support my feet and were twice the price of the Sketchers, which are reasonably priced.

Went into Skechers Nottingham today for the very first time to look at shoes for my wife and found James to be amazing as nothing was too much trouble and we came out with a pair for my wife and myself. With staff James we will certainly be back. He was amazing.

I like Skechers but I went into one of their stores to look at Skechers Aero. Not one employee knew what I was talking about. They directed me to their Gorun line before Aero. You would think with all the advertisements they would know what Aero is. A little disappointed.

Quality has dropped massively! I used to always buy skechers since 2017 the quality has gotten worse! Hurts my toes or the side of my foot now!

I am surprised by the reviews here ...My experience is from wearing various Sketcher shoes and sandles over many years with never a problem on quality or fit having bought from shops, online and through a third party.
My experience at Merry Hill last week was exceptional - I went in to look and came out with another two pairs largely because of the attention I was given by Pav who went a good/big step beyond expectation - thank you

My husband ordered two pair of shoes for me from Skechers, I returned both pair and sketchers is claiming one pair is showing wear and tear. They were tried on and I walked around the house with them on for a few minutes. Not outside, not anywhere but around the house. They are liars and gave a gift card for the refund. Why would I want to continue spending money for shoes that don't fit correctly. Don't repair unless it's at the store! Sketchers has shady return practices!!

I give Skechers a great rating besides all I have experienced in 12 1/2 years buying their amazing shoes. They have the best quality shoes and the most comfortable too. I don’t ever plan to go anywhere else for my sneakers, sandals or other fancy shoes. I just love them. When we lived in San Diego CA a few years ago, I had a terrible time ordering my size sneakers and received the wrong size twice. It caused me such issues with the store near me and I decided I can only buy sneakers in person. So I always have to wait to get to the mall. Otherwise, I love these shoes all the time. I feel like I am walking on air.

I went to return an online order. The young woman working there came from the back and ignored that I was at the sales desk. I went to find assistance and a very nice young man said that he would get someone who could do a return if I wouldn’t like to exchange the shoes.
The young woman came to the sales desk and never once spoke to me until she asked for the credit card used because returns had to go back on the original payment. I explained I didn’t have the card with me due to a fraudulent charge and was awaiting my new card. She emphasized that she couldn’t do the return then. I looked at her and said I was a loyalty customer and online it was saved. She just repeated rudely that the return could not be done. I looked at her and just used a different card for the return. I asked her name.
Her name is Daisha and after 30 years of working in retail I would fire her immediately. A very uncaring, rude and I’m guessing unproductive worker is representing your store In Castleton Indianapolis IN.
I have bought Skechers shoes for over 25 years. Not any more.

l visited colchester shop march 2nd this year to see what wide fit shoes were available.
l was served by Sally who was helpful and patient without being pushy.Sally found 3 styles and advised the size suitable for me.
never having considered sketchers as l needed to wear orthotics l have been surprised at how comfortable they are and easy to put on.Not having laces to do up was a bonus as my laces usually come undone!

I had bought a pair of white sneakers which got dirt stained on the first wearing . I washed them according to the sketcher protocol and it didn't help at all. I was foolish enough to get another white pair with the assurance that their protective spray that I purchased with the shoes, would keep them stain free. WRONG.

WARNING - VERY POOR QUALITY SHOES: I have been purchasing Sketcher shoes for about 5 years now and I will never purchase another shoe from them. I must have bought over 20 pairs of Sketcher shoes and while they look good when first purchased, after short use the shoes break-down and the memory foam insoles are the worst because they degrade quickly and become a gel mess on you socks or feet.

Too many other great shoes out there to keep buying this junk. What ever happened to Thom Mcan shoes? Now those were shoes that lasted !!!!

Had Skechers for so many years. They started as good quality but in the past 5 years or so, have gone drastically downhill. The last pair I’ve bought have latest a few months only and the heel has worn away and the sole has a hole in it like my last pair causing blisters. I am now adamant I will no longer wear Skechers. As many other companies, quality is no longer a priority and items are made more cheaply to the suffering of the consumer. Just stop buying them!

I bought shoes with a factory defect, which caused a cut on my toe. After I asked to return them, they refused. Waste of money. I will never buy anything from this brand again.

Comfortable shoes but the lining is such poor quality. A few wears and the lining begins to tear. Clarkes are much longer lasting and better made.

Dear Mr. Greenberg,
I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning customer service experience I had at a Skechers retail
store on February 1, 2026, at approximately 2:00 PM.
I entered the store intending to purchase a new pair of shoes. At the time, there were approximately
three other customers in the store, yet none of us were being assisted. Behind the counter were four
employees — two male and two female — who were standing together, smiling, and engaging in
conversation, seemingly unaware or unconcerned that customers were waiting for help.
After waiting a few minutes, I approached the counter and asked if I could receive assistance with
selecting shoes. The employees paused, exchanged looks, and then one male employee approached me.
His demeanor was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, and he appeared more interested in ending the
interaction quickly than helping.
I explained that I was looking for extra-wide slip-on shoes and asked if my feet could be measured. He
pointed briefly at a section of shoes but did not offer proper assistance. When I requested a foot
measurement, he grabbed an incorrect measuring device, acknowledged it was too small, then retrieved
the correct one — yet never actually assisted in measuring my feet.
When I asked for his name, he responded with “Jim” or “James,” then stated he needed to help another
customer and walked away. I later observed him back behind the counter joking with coworkers rather
than assisting anyone. When I reminded him that he had said he was going to help another customer, his
response was dismissive and showed no sense of accountability.
At that point, I left the store without making a purchase.
This experience reflected a serious lack of professionalism, customer engagement, and basic retail
standards. Employees appeared more focused on socializing than assisting customers, and there was no
sense of urgency, courtesy, or pride in service. Given Skechers’ reputation and brand presence, this was
both disappointing and surprising.
I am sharing this feedback in the hope that it will be taken seriously and used to reinforce customer
service expectations, employee accountability, and management oversight at the store level. Customers
should never feel ignored or unwelcome when they enter a Skechers store prepared to make a purchase.

Signs on every single shelf and rack advertising buy one get one 50 percent off. We both get our shoes to register to find out that's a total lie . Rude lady at register was really angry and got attitude when i said no thanks keep.the shoes. Found one of the signs and in the tiniest print bately readable with a microscope were the details of this scam. Basically nothing in the the store qualified but 2 or three things no one wanted. This is criminal . We've been supporters of skechers from the beginning. After this we won't be back..do better .

They are a glorified slippers might as well get them in Pennys

Visited Sketchers Hillarys this morning. Was greeted with a smiley faced Kaiya. She couldn't have been more helpful showing me different styles and explaining the shoes in great detail. She is a great credit to Sketchers. She was interested in her job and me as a customer. I complimented her and thanked her for her service. A great experience.

Bought a pair of waterproof boots and the lining in the toe box was loose. Skechers made it as hard as possible to get a replacment pair (would not send them out until I mailed mine back). And then the replacement pair had the exact same issue. Reached out to Skechers and got zero support. I have not bought and will not buy Skechers again.
