Not to be confused with Siyafashion.com. RIDICULOUS EXPERIENCE. The website looks great and being a UK based company reels you in however this company is abysmal. I ordered 2 lehengas from them unstitched and made sure to contact them prior in case I wanted to return which they said was possible for unstitched products. One item never arrived and was refunded through PayPal and I was not directly informed by Siya or given any other information about this from them. The second item arrive 2 weeks after placing my order. This item came from a third party seller which I found through the invoice address and number. The third party in question is selling for cheaper. So it seems like Siya advertises the same outfits then proceeds to order from a different company selling cheaper in India straight to your home whilst pocketing the difference. I was not happy with thw product I did receive so contacted Siya straight away on date of delivery (as their website states products to be returned with 14 days of delivery) I recieved no reply. I have been chasing through multiple platforms (phone, email and Instagram) for the last 10 days and have recieved nothing from them on how or where to return the item and no way of getting my money from them. I checked the third party's website and they require returns within 7 days so I have no choice but to assume they have passed their return date so will ignore me from not on so they don't have to refund me. Additionally the PayPal company they took the money for showed a completely different company name too. DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THEM. They will just place a separate order from a different company to your home and ignore you after. I finally reached them and got a return address and sent the item back tracked. They recieved it and continued to ignore me. UPDATE: FINALLY GOT MY MONEY BACK THROUGH PAYPAL CLAIM.
