Upon arrival to pickup our rental we were told it wasn't quite ready due to our early arrival. After a long flight the last thing we wanted to do was wait for a vehicle. Our rental agent at MCI airport step in and made sure we didnt have to wait. I've never had a bad experience renting from Sixt

I recenty rented a car at the 53rd Street branch in NYC. Despite the volume of customers, the employee was very friendly and efficient throughout. The paperwork and delivery times were short, I was given a better car than the one I’d originally booked, and the return and final bill were just as straightforward.

Slow check in process. Reception lady was very "pushy" with forcing buying extra insurances even everything was covered by my Home Car Insurance (rental car insurance option). Car was great as well as jiffy car return.

Everything was good. Rapid support, tha car was super nice.

I am a regular renter at Sixt FRA. Just returned from a 4 day rental. The Sixt team at FRA is awesome ! Quick, easy efficient & always pleasant to deal with zero hassles. Great selection of vehicles. Always a warm & friendly welcome with fast & Painless, effortless returns.

It was alright, nothing special. Wish I could've picked my own car instead of just being handed one ended up with a black on black in Florida which is brutal in the heat. The clock was still on the wrong time from the time change, and nobody was around to walk me through anything. Had to pull over on the way to where I was going just to figure out how the lights worked. Not a great start to the trip.

Great experience from pickup to return. The car was brand new and everything went smoothly. Would definitely use again.

Latrese was exceptionally polite and welcoming. She greeted me immediately with the biggest smile, and it was truly a breath of fresh air to encounter someone who was genuinely kind. She made the entire rental car process quick, smooth, and genuinely pleasant.

Rented a car in Paris Charles de Gaulle for a week and I could not be happier. The service at the front desk was so simple, friendly, fast and professional. I was given a double espresso which came handy as I had flown from Miami. One of the employees escorted me to the car and made sure everything was perfect before I took off. The car was a beautiful brand new BMW M4, which was a free upgrade from the original car I reserved. I have been a customer for a couple years and will never use any other car rental company unless Sixt does not have an office where I travel. Absolute best value and best service!

First time patron to Sixt, oh so satisfied. Sixt's check in / out process went smoothly. Speaking with an associate upon arrival, it was awesome to go directly to my rental. I had paid in advance.

Pretty smooth process. Booked through third party and just arrive to pick up. Was offered a larger vehicle as the one I booked have not returned yet. So that was an added bonus. Staff was detail and helpful.

Friendly staff, easy to find car and depart. But we were disappointed to not receive a VW Golf as we expected. Instead, we received a lesser VW wagon of some kind, with a 1.0 liter anemic engine. Car was clean. Drop-off was easy enough.

Sixt is my go to car rental company. The easy to navigate rental process that allows you to go straight to your car. The no hassle deposit. Last but not least the quality of the rentals. Every car I have rented from them has been clean. These are the things that keep me coming back.

I have been renting cars regularly when I go on a business trip to visit clients. First car I was given was excellent but unfortunately, I must have run over a nail in the road and the run flat tire showed I needed air in the tire, I later discovered the nail and returned the car for another. They charged me $398 for the flat tire. Second car I returned in the same condition as I received it but they claimed there was damage to the vehicle. I was never hit and did not hit anything or anyone with the car while in my custody. They charged me $998 for the damage to the vehicle. I vehemently argued my position and refused to pay them. However, they sent me to collections and messed up my credit scores. After a year of fighting them, I finally gave up and paid it. This felt like pure extortion and I will never rent a car from Sixt ever again.

The service of Sixt was great from the time you talk to their agent until the vehicle was released, everything was so fast, convenient and easy. Upon return of vehicle, it was so seamless and no hassle! Very fast and the agents i encountered upon vehicle pick-up and return are so friendly and very accommodating. Of course, the car given was so good and still quite new. No hassles in our travel! I really recommend them whenever you need to rent a car!

As always....amazing service. Fast...reasonably priced. Very safe and clean ,New vehicles. Great variety. Upgrades are affordable and easy. You don't need to ever stand in line. Very convenient. I will keep using Sixt, even though I have many military and or nurse discounts at other rental companies. I just love em.
