Amazing customer service from the start. The store Manger Alfred Abogado was so helpful in helping us by a mattress,he knows about everything there is to know about all the different brands. No pressure at all. The delivery was great too,they text you a window time and then call you on the phone the day of delivery to till you what time they would be at my house. They have the customer service that you can't find anymore. 😊

I visited the store and got an honest rundown on the mattresses that corroborates research done online on 3rd party sites. Delivery was fast and friendly.

My husband and I decided to update our bed and had gone to multiple places in search for one. My husband and I stopped at Sit ‘n Sleep in Murrieta. Our salesperson, Lori was awesome! She explained the differences in the beds as we tried ones that best suited our needs. Lori was personable, not pushy, and delightful to work with. We ended up purchasing a great bed. Lori along with the other employees worked with us on our delivery schedule because we had to reschedule a numerous amount of times. Sit ‘n Sleep was more than accommodating.
If you want a good experience, a few laughs along the way, this is the place to shop for your new bed. Thanks Lori, for all your help and expertise.

They found my new condo easily. They called the nght before with a 7am-10am window. They called upon leaving warehouse. They called upon arrival. They were on time, professional, and efficient with frame setup. They cleaned up all boxes. They demonstrated the adjustable bed. Good teamwork.

Hello! Joe (salesperson) at the Northridge store was AMAZING! He was so helpful and very patient while my parents looked for the perfect mattress. He was very informative and took his time to teach us how to use the remote for the adjustable frame. He definitely deserves a raise or at least “employee of the month “ award!
The delivery was also good. All the items purchased arrived, nothing was missing. It was a little rushed but I understand they have other customers to deliver to.

If you’re wondering if Sit n Sleep’s rating is deserved, have no doubts my friends. My experience with them when I walked in the Santa Monica store the first time and met the dynamic duo of Johnny G and Ryan on the sales floor til nearly two months later when I finally pulled the trigger up to the delivery and installation of my bed was completely next level. From sales to delivery everybody I met bent over backwards to accommodate my requests including not only lightning fast and efficient delivery but also taking my old bed and mattress. These people aim to please and are not only good at what they do but enjoy being good at what they do. Fifteen stars!
