I have no regrets thanks to salesman Daryl I felt that I made a good choice with my selection of a bed. The delivery service was made early. The crew came in and within minutes had my bed set up & I was on my way to a good, ache free nights rest.

The show room and sales representative. I purchased the bed and bed springs and it was delivered today. All went well. I have to get used to sleeping on a taller bed. My old mattress was 31 yrs. old and a lot shorter.

The two men who delivered the bed were very professional and moved very quick to assemble the bed

Who knew buying a mattress could be so easy? From the start selecting a mattress to delivery the process was seamless. FANTASTIC customer service both in the showroom, to receiving texts and phone calls about delivery. I am telling all my friends to see Joe Adams at the Northridge location! The delivery men were so helpful and even vacuumed my carpet under the bed. I couldn't believe it and made sure to tip them handsomely. Thanks SitnSleep ! You deserve 100 gold stars!

We are so happy with the customer service we received at Sit n Sleep. Mark was our sales representative and he was fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything to us. He had us lay on all the mattresses so we could get our best fit. Highly recommend this store if you are looking for a new mattress.

Luis Gil is an outstanding salesman, who cares about customers. He took the time to listen to my needs, provided excellent insights and gave me time to try out the brands until I was sure of my eventual choice. A week later, Mario & Edwin delivered my new base and mattress. They were very professional, speedy and pleasant! Loved the updating tracking feature for day of deliveries letting you know where in delivery priority and how soon they’d arrive. Overall very happy with everyone I worked with at Sit ‘n Sleep! Can’t wait to sleep on the new mattress tonight! Thank You!
