I've been using SiteRight for several months and can't find enough good things to say about it.
I've setup my linkinbio, cold emails, CRM, call links and landing pages all with this software. It's saved me a ton of money because I no longer need to pay for HubSpot, Calendly, StanWithMe, MailShake, Twilio and a bunch of other softwares.
Their customer service is also excellent. They respond within a few minutes inside of working hours and have gone the extra mile to help me setup the account properly.
I signed up for this service on a trial basis. I was sent various emails with broken links and incomplete email contact links. I raised the issue with support but wasn't given any response to allow me to login to the system. Various messages were sent only to be told I should have the proper links which of course were all broken.
I then noticed all the sites they present on their website as using their own platform are in actual fact using Webflow. When I raised this with them they admitted their own site was indeed using a competitor platform but didn't admit that their whole portfolio was also using Webflow. Clearly a red flag for anyone thinking of using this system.
I've made various attempts to contact them to cancel my account and have yet had a response. I've had to freeze my bank account in fear of charges being made to my account.

I'm sorry to hear that SiteRight was not what you expected. Here are a few notes to address your concerns.
Broken Emails?
- By default all new user accounts use a default shared mail server that is not intended to be used for your emails. You have to connect your email service to SiteRight in order to send emails successfully. This is provided for you in the support documentation and on the onboarding call (which you can still take advantage of if you'd like)
Broken Links?
- Once you setup an email SMTP service like Gmail, SendGrid or Mailgun, and verify your domain, all your links will work perfectly. Again this can be set up for you if you book an onboarding call or there are tutorials in our support documentation.
Using Webflow?
- Yes we use both our platform SiteRight and Webflow to show how the SiteRight software can integrate with 3rd party website builder services. As soon as you go through the sign-up process, our portfolio site, every one of the 25+ templated sites and every form capture/ survey funnel is built using SiteRight.
Portfolio not using SiteRight?
- This is simply not true. Our portfolio of templates which can be found here -> https://portfolio.siteright.co/ contains sites that were only built using SiteRight.
Billing Your Account?
- You will never be billed! You signed up for a 14-day free trial and then cancelled the next day. Your subscription was never even started so your card cannot be charged.
Our customer support team has reached out to you multiple times via email and phone to setup your account with an onboarding meeting, answer your questions but we have not received a response back.
