Toxic people bad communication bad support
The agent is very unprofessional, sounds rude, and always provides last-minute counseling about the job after giving them your information.
His agent is a waste of space and is wasting my time, promising me a job they can't find.
Kylle is very rude and unprofessional.
Absolutely shocking the way they treat people.
After discussing With lewis i agreed for site labourer at£14 an hour . I wasn’t that keen for the price but desperate times come to desperate measures.
Started on site all the supervisors are extremely rude and swear at you and shout in foreign language to keep working as hard as you can . I can honestly say that the site was a modern day slavery camp installing solar panels .
The site would not even provide the basics where you can sit at lunch break in the work as we were working on the field exactly in the middle of storm Aisha .
All agency workers had to eat outside in the rain , whilst all the Cypriot supervisors and staff had a cosy lunch in their canteen . I spoke to lewis and he’s response was i can not do nothing about it . As an agency I believe you represent the people who are working for you and fight about it . And not threatening them on the phone saying (do you know who you are talking to ?) .
The worst part is that after a day of hard slavery working conditions i got £78 in my pocket . £9.17 an hour not£14 …. Run and avoid..
Terrible agency , and even worse staff avoid at all costs they will talk to you like your in a school yard and hav no respect for you , you will even find they try to make it sound like there doing you a favour
Terrible company!! Offered me full time work then after 2 days told me the work had been completed quicker than expected and look this morning and the job advert is back on indeed. DO NOT TRUST!!!!
Appalling agency to work for, the attitude from the staff is atrocious. Amateurish would be an understatement, very bad at paying in time avoid at all costs.
They have an absolutely terrible attitude towards their staff. Their pay is minimum, very hard getting in contact with and Lewis was very rude when I had issues with my pay. I would highly not recommend them. Avoid.
Dealt with Lewis at site labour supplies and great service , and really helpful.
Disgusted with how they have dealt with my pay over Christmas. The time sheets were done on time. They sent my payroll to the wrong payroll company. Which would mean re-registering and being charged more ( losing £70 off my wage plus another £13 for administration fees. This was through ‘The Guild ‘) I spoke with Paul who reassured me I will have my money by Friday after Christmas I even have an email explaining the mistake. Which I don’t understand how was made in the first place as I’ve always been paid the same through ‘exchequer’. .. I wake up to find I have no payment from them so I’ve called to the office to only be greeted by an answer phone machine expalining they aren’t returning unil the 2nd January. Which mean I’m now not having any money over Christmas or New Year. THANKS ALOT SLS.
Wouldn’t recommend working for them at all.
Great company to work with - pay on time and always have work. Some jobs may only be for a day or so, but they will always have somewhere else local for you to work once that job is finished. I highly Recommend to any temp worker - 10/10.
Great company and always paid me on time. Have lots of work in the local area and throughout the South East
I’m a labourer who worked for this company and I won’t lie they offered a really good job environment to me and I actually enjoyed the work! But I worked 2 days before Christmas, 13 hours on the Friday and a 11 hour shift on the Saturday only so I could get paid for New Years yet although being told more than once I WILL be paid although it may be a late payment this never happened! Chased this up since New Years with no clear answer from SLS staff, being told they’ve sorted it to ringing the payroll company to tell me they never received anything! Have been told I will now be payed this Friday (which I am yet to believe) and not even a on the day payment! disgusting as if this was you owing for a fine and you was late paying it, you would have to pay more on top but when these lot do it its acceptable!👎
I was told there are three sites in central London, then after one day work on one of them then I will be sent to another one day after while there was no another sites and also they do not provide long term work , I have called Andrew on his mobile phone as I could not find the office number, and he was not helpful when I asked him what is their office number and cut my phone, These people like many other agency do not want to be honest because if we do not go to work, they do not get paid. they let you down so be aware of this.
