Dealt with the UK importer but guessing the main company isnt much better going by reviews. Waited 3 weeks for delivery meant to be 3-4 days. Tracking didn't work, emailed and email bounced back even when eventually got a reply. Text mobile instead really poor service, got refund eventually but deducted the delivery charge even though was never actually sent anything. Shame such dreadful company as nice looking shoes
