I bought 2 pairs for £100, received them and they were too big, so I exchanged them for a size smaller. They arrived and I just wasn't a fan of the jeans and sent both back in the same package, to which I'm informed that they only received ONE pair of the jeans.

I 100% sent BOTH items back in the same package and they're telling me that they didn't receive the one pair so they got to keep £50 of my money. Unethical company, do not buy from here.

First time I try to order from here. I placed my order on 22/4 and it was “shipped” on the 24/4. Now it’s 6/5 and I still have not received anything, tried to contact customer support and got a response that customer service would check with fedex for status update but that’s a week ago and I have not heard anything. Tried e-mailing customer support twice since then, without a reply.

Please refund my money if you don’t intend to deliver what I purchased.

level of customer service and support was wicked! Up on checkout i had noticed that there wasn't a next day delivery option. I emailed the team to let them know I was going on holiday and need the items ASAP! I recieved an email within 10 minutes, telling me to place the order and send them the order number and they'd send them next day for no extra charge. I also recieved an email the following day letting me know that some shorts I had ordered weren't available in my size, so they had sent another replacement pair free of charge until the ones I had ordered are able to be sent out!

Absolutely buzzing with with that level of treatment. They have gone above and beyond when they didn't have to.....I doubt there's another company out there that would go to that extent!

Good quality clothing. Brilliant service. Fast delivery. I picked the wrong size twice and they let me return for free and sent a new bigger size immediately!

I have been buying the core tees for approximately the last 10 years and they have never disappointed.
The core tees are a much more comfortable fit in comparison to the muscle fit tees. The muscle fit tees and skinny jeans definitely need more sizes especially for the bigger gym lads.

Incredible service! Jogging suits are sooooooo comfortable and the weight of them is fantastic. Didn’t expect much for the low price but this is now my favourite thing to wear on days off! Warm and comfortable. Delivery was also very fast

I've bought four or five items from these and most times everything was OK. But a few months ago I returned a £60 item to them and thought it had all gone through OK but around 5 weeks later I checked my bank account to realise they had not actually refunded me for the item...once I told them about it they sorted it out quickly and I got my refund.

But last week I ordered a Khaki t-shirt. As I pulled a straw out of my can of Lemon Fanta a tiny spec of drink landed on my t-shirt...really I should have just left it but instead I got some hand soap and warm water and cleaned the area only to find the colour on the t-shirt had got a lot lighter in the area I cleaned.
I contacted customer service about it but of course they tried blaming the Fanta...supposedly a spec of Fanta leaves a 6x8cm round circle of miscolour on your clothes. After I explained its impossible to be the Fanta they just ignored me.
To say their plain t-shirts are more expensive than big brands like Adidas & Superdry plain tee's I expected better quality and better customer service.
Safe to say I won't be buying anything else from here in the future...and I'm dreading having to wash the other items I have previously bought from here

Awesome carpenter shorts, great fit. However the inside of the pockets on the blue denim ones stick out. I’d recommend another inch of denim instead of the white cotton.
Was disappointed with the delivery time, it took over twice as long as the service id payed for and the order only seemed to get processed once I’d emailed them about a week after my order.
Good product though.

I ordered a tracksuit from these and it was too big. As I bought it on clearpay and the return address was on the bag I sent it Special Delivery and it’s been delivered. They now tell me I should have returned it through there portal!!! I sent it special delivery I’ve got the tracking which is saying delivered but there still saying they’ve not got it!!! What a joke all I need is my money back as it’s taken so long keep sending them emails and messages I’m on my last payment!!! Haven’t even got the tracksuit they have!!! No paperwork in parcel to say return through portal either!!!!!! Just contact me or refund me my money! Thank you

The quality is great, very high standard.

Also these colours are very nice.

Besides it's a tight fit and a little struggle to get them on, they fit nicely. Also perfect around the waist. But maybe it has to do with the fact that I'm a bodybuilder of 100kg & 177cm.
I ordered a 34R.
