What have you done
What have you done, SingleCare???? What a MESS trying to get pricing for a drug. Your new website/process just sends me around in circles and I can only get pricing at one pharmacy. It certainly is not like it was the last time I used this site. Based on this experience, I will no longer use SingleCare. It is much too complicated and does not yield any information that can help me determine how I can get the best price for the drug I need.

Your online information about bupropion…
Your online information about bupropion is incorrect. If you have insomnia, you should ask to be switched to immediate release formulation, NOT extended release. The XL formulation will WORSEN insomnia because its effects are EXTENDED and will affect sleep even hours later. Whereas the IR formulation spikes when taken, then at bedtime there is no longer enough present to disturb sleep. Look it up.

Transferred my prescription to Smith's Food and Drug to use the Singlecare coupon. I presented the coupon when I picked it up and they charged me $70 more than the coupon price. I questioned the price but the technician just said that's the price; take it or leave it. Basically, the coupon was useless.

If it hadn't been for SingleCare I would not be able to afford the medication for my eyes. It was ridiculous! When I searched for help on meds SingleCare came up and I thought I had seen a commercial about this company. Checked it out, added the app, which I am very cautious about with all the scams and I'm not super techy lol. It was quick, easy and the savings is amazing. I printed savings coupon for Zepbound…
I printed savings coupon for Zepbound vials special pricing at CVS. I went to CVS with my RX and was told by the pharmacist that it "must be too good to be true" because we NEVER carry Zepbound vials and the injections start at over $1000 so forget the $699 coupon from SingleCare. I called SingleCare and they said they can write all the savings coupons they want but they don't care if the vendor (CVS) has it or honors it or NOT.???????

I normally have been using GoodRx which is also excellent, however, the medications that I must take have been priced over half from my insurance. One thing, you MUST take copy of the coupon EACH time you purchase for it usually is slightly higher from pharmacy. Seems having the member card on file doesn’t always provide you with same price as coupon.
