There was a problem with the courier…
There was a problem with the courier company they use, basically couldn’t be bothered. However after contacting Simply Supplements they gave the courier a talking to and resent my order, good customer service.

Dishonesty.
I tried to have a parcel from these guys delivered as an experiment via correos citypaq, but that didn't go well, and the courier ended up returning the parcel to simplysupplements.es. I therefore wrote to simplysupplements.es expecting to be able to reorganise the delivery — or at least obtain a refund for the value of the product. However, they completely ignored me — after filling in their web contact form, and replying to my order confirmation email, I received absolutely zero response.
To my mind, this definitely isn't how a company with even a scrap of responsibility or honesty operates, so I do sincerely hope that this negative review costs them more than the money I lost as a result.

Very happy with products, service, and price
The products appear to be satisfactory (I don't have access to a laboratory to test them :-) ), but I have no reason to doubt the quality, and I am very satisfied. The prices are competitive, the packaging good, and the speed of delivery is also good. The option to save by activating automatic repeat deliveries is useful and save time.
