I bought a product true the website end it has been delivered. The size was to big and had sent it back. Confirmations recieved that it has been send back, but still waithing on my refund (almost more then a month)

Faulty product, no customer service!
No phone number to call, direct chat does not answer the questions requiring answering and email enquiries are not responded to.
Having spent over £700 on a product I would expect a little more from the provider!
Would not buy from this company again or recommend buying from

I ordered a pair of Mares Octopus regulators to replace old ones. I chose Simply Scuba as they had the ones that i was after at a good price, and in stock. Ordering on the website was easy, with updates on my order, and notification that they were dispatched before the weekend. Allowing for the bank holiday, I should have them Tuesday.

Quick dispatch and easy return if necessary. Good range of products and I like the review Videos on their website.

Ordered a Mares Jax custom mouthpiece only to find it doesn't fit my Apeks regs.

Checked on Mares' website which says it fits all Mares regs...I have a Prestige on my pony setup so thought I'd fit the mouthpiece to that, but no, that's the same size as my Apeks!

I couldn't return it, as stupidly, I had already bitten into the mouthpiece before checking it fitted my regs, so thought I'd contact Simply Scuba to let them know, so other buyers wouldn't make the same mistake - I've bought from Simply Scuba a few times, and always been happy with the service and advice, so was just putting this down to a schoolboy error on my part, and wasn't complaining to them.

I was delighted and surprised to receive an email back from Glen (after speaking to someone on online chat), thanking me for bringing this to their attention, and that they'd let the distributor know, along with refunding me in full.

It's refreshing to see that there are still companies out there that value their customers, and I will continue to buy from Simply Scuba (but will always check the kit before trying to fit/use it!).
