Awesome gift idea!
Wow, what an amazing gift! Purchased this for my Dad's 75th birthday & didn't realize it was going to be the front page of every edition for every year since his birthdate. Very nice format & for the most part every page is easily readable. I was a little worried it wouldn't come in time. Even though I ordered it 3 weeks before his party, it came just the day before. So, make sure you give yourself plenty of buffer, especially if you have to order it back as far as I did ;-) You won't be disappointed though!

Ordered a yearly newspaper book for a gift. Ordered on 1-1-20 and paid 29.99 for expedited shipping. Product didn’t ship out until 1-14 so the expedited shipping was a waste of money since it took so long to actually ship. Original confirmation email said production time was 4-5 days. Nope, waaaay longer then that.

I ordered my product 16 days ago and still haven't received a notification that it has shipped. There wasn't anything on the website about orders being delayed, and when I called some spoke with someone they seemed unsure as to when I'd get my order. They were friendly enough, but not very helpful.

Personalized Miami Dolphins History Book
I recently purchased the NY Giants Personalized History Book and the Maimi Dolphins History Book. The Giants book was a good product. The Miami Dolphins was no where even close to the quality of the Giants book. The Miami book text was blurry and difficult to read. Having two different books at the same time for comparison was an eye opener. Not sure why the quality of the Miami book was terrible. The books did come in a timely manner and packaged with no shipping damage. Not sure what the company's refund policy is but you may want to check that out prior to purchase.

INTERESTING year for sure....
so i placed 2 orders.....1 with 1 item, 1 with 3 items. The one with 1 item came a long just fine. The 1 with 3 items came in 3 shipments and surprise! a fourth! We received someone elses order as well.
It would be helpful to have a better status, in progress, of orders to track purchases. Calling the 8xx number is a waste of time, and email took time to respond - which they did - but the response was not helpful in providing status of my order, just "its in the process."
We have not had this type of experience in past years - and we have been customers for some time, so will chock it up to the holidays.....next year will tell.

I tried to check on a gift I bought, no service!!
I tried to check on a gift I bought on December 6, 2019. December 20th I realized I was missing a gift. Checking threw my emails I realized I never received a tracking number. When I tried to contact the company all I got was a recording telling me they were busy and the website had a message that order tracking was down due to being busy. When I sent an email I got a canned reply email response that someone in customer service would get back to me. I tried several times to contact them no one ever got back to me. The gift arrived on December 23rd.
