BELIEVE I WAS SCAMMED...
Buyer beware! This didnt help our business. It hurt us fiscally!
We set up an account and, after the worst response rate ever, we ended our relationship -- at least I thought we did. We were charged for the following month. Communicating is non-existent with this company. I balked. No response. Then, they had the nerve to charge me again for the following month. I reached out again. Nothing. Ridiculous!!! Please beware. Perhaps this company helped some. I dont know how.
Don't waste your time..
After trying to sign up for an account, we were denied. We are a legitimate business, with over 95 years in our community. Even after submitting the required proof. There are other job boards we will just use - don't waste your time on this one!
SimplyHired is great for Remote Jobs
I like SimplyHired. I am a remote employee and often find it hard to search for remote only positions. I'm happy that Indeed has a "remote" option for location, as opposed to other sites that force you to use your zip code to search. I see a lot of reviews here about having to pay to use this site but as a job candidate, I have never paid them a dime and am able to apply for positions anytime I like.
Terrible
Terrible, waste of my time. After I input all my info, going on the premise that it was FREE as advertised, it asked me to pay for an expensive monthly plan. As someone else said, I was trying to go outside of the usual spots. Never again.
Thumbs down
Waste of time
Had to register to apply for an apprenticeship, however after registering, the page is showing an error and wont let me log in or apply.
Sent an email last week notifying of the problem and requesting advice. No response, no action, nothing.
Thumbs down.
The absolute worst scam ever.
They force you to use your google or Facebook to login
They force you to use your google or Facebook to login. It never used to be like that before. Their keyword search is a joke and brings up everything plus the kitchen sink.
Their advertising is very misleading
Their advertising is very misleading, They claim you can post jobs for free, after they waste your time, steal your personal information that you have given on the premise of being able to be able post for free as claimed, then ask for the payment to activate your job post.
And there is no way to delete your account!
Performs extremely well!
This simple platform has performed extremely well! They are able to do basic functionality with the ability to customize responses/ emails. I have hired 5 solid candidates in the last 60 days from here, highly recommended for the ROI.
I was trying to go outside the regular…
I was trying to go outside the regular job sites - Indeed and LI - I had found Simply Hired and want it to give it a shot. After completing the form and uploading the job posting it was put "under review". Then waited a couple of days and was told that my account was closed and it was "unsuitable for Simply Hired". So I thought maybe I missed some information that they need in their platform and reached out to them to find out. They then replied with no explanation but simply stating the same thing!
"Please note that this is a final decision. No further action is required on your part and no additional details regarding this decision will be provided. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause"
It was a waste of time, horrible service and that explains why their platform will never take off.
Complete waste of my time
Complete waste of my time, and everyone else's!
If I could give them zero stars, I would!
I read through the terms of service before I even created an account. Then, I posted 3 jobs. Well, technically the same job in 3 different locations. Each of them then went into their "under review" status for two days. On day 3 I logged in to check and see if anything had changed and found out my account had been disabled, with no reason given.
I emailed their support to ask why and received a response days later that read:
"Thank you for providing those additional details. We have reviewed your account and have found it to be unsuitable for Simply Hired. Please note that this is a final decision. No further action is required on your part and no additional details regarding this decision will be provided. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."
They didn't even come close to answering my question of "Why was my account disabled" and obviously don't really apologize for any inconvenience since they clearly couldn't care less.
I didn't do anything against their terms and they wouldn't tell me why they deemed my company "unsuitable" Seriously? I'm trying to hire people in multiple areas...but apparently that's not what their site is for.
This company is a SCAM
This company has scammed me out of thousands of dollars. They work with scammers and foreign companies that take your money. Do not give them any of your information as they sell it to other companies for a profit. I have fallen victim to this and it has caused me an unbelievable hardship.
Cutting and pasting from a previous…
Cutting and pasting from a previous reviewer because I have had an identical experience. Checked just now again....still under review.
Pathetic. Posted two jobs. Then I was to "prove" I was a real company by asking for a utility bill. Did that. Result? My postings have been under review for 2 weeks. I've contacted them twice about this. NO REPLY. I mean, are they even in business?
If I could give no stars
If I could give no stars, I would.
I created an account, posted four jobs, which then went "under review". I thought by this morning that they would be approved, and that I would hopefully have responses waiting. I logged in this morning to check, but my account was disabled, due to breaking some rule. I went through the terms of service, cannot find a single thing I had done wrong. I have now emailed their "support" five times since then (it has been almost six hours) and have not even received an email saying my ticket was received. I had high hopes for this service, from hearing positive things from other recruiters, but now I am just beyond disappointed with this so called ATS.
I lost my time
I lost my time. I posted the job vacancies after they disabled my account without any reason. I sent them two mails in the last week and no one replied!

buys your information third party and gives it to scammers.
So firstly I have never had an account with SimplyHired. I received an email from an obviously fake scam employer which is fine I normally just ignore them, however scam this employer sent an email to me through SimplyHired stating that I applied and sent my resume to them via the app. I completely did not do that and I have tried to reach out to SimplyHired to see how they got my information and what exactly they have. They obviously have not gotten back to me. Don’t sign up.
Terrible Experience
Terrible Experience
The process of creating jobs was difficult. The jobs were "under review" for more than 3 days. Finally, our account was disabled. It took them 3 days to give us an explanation why. The explanation was that they don't allow "freelancing" postings although you are allowed to post the "contract" option for job type. They have no idea what they are doing. Don't waste your time.
A haven for scammers
Their model is a failed model - a haven for scammers who post bogs jobs to scam people. Also applicants who post their resume are open to scammers.Avoid this website if yo dont want to be victims of thousands of scammers who visit this site everyday looking for their next prey
