Called in because I wanted their service for internet. The gentlemen was very helpful and efficient. The installation service was pushed out to the earliest appointment. He answered all of my questions.

From my initial phone call, to the service technician, Jay, everyone gave me excellent customer service. Their internet service has been terrific and I love knowing that if my needs mean I need more bandwidth, they can provide it easily!

Spoke with Shawn. Explained process, billing,etc.and set up installation for 12-16. Jay was great too. Installed antenna, hooked up service and we have real internet!!! Couldn't be happier.

It was great that they tried to find a signal from various locations but unfortunately there was no signal to be found.

I was to have service set up on Dec 2nd and when the installer got to our house and spent a good 30/40 mins trying to connect to your tower I was told that he couldn’t install today and that someone would call me and fill me in on why I it wasn’t installed..
I’m still waiting for that call….

It was a smooth process from setting up the account to installation. Every person I have contacted and communicated with is professional and competent. No installation fee is a big plus. Nothing is hidden, as advertised. The Internet is up to speed. I am a very happy customer.

Great customer service, quick and easy to get set up with an appointment for a technician to connect service at my address. The technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He called with an eta and arrived at the estimated time I was given and was at my residence for no more than an hour.
