Been ordering off and on for years, never disappointed. The clothing, merchandise is ALWAYS quality!!!! Use to be a glitch years ago with my bank and ordering out of the country, that was my banks issue not Simply Be. I LOVE ... LOVE ... LOVE Simply Be!!! Might I add I am 58 years old and I receive so many compliments on everything I purchase!

My latest experience was good. Price options for nice styles in variety of sizes and quicker delivery made a better impression than years ago. I got free shipping and free return if I needed it. I found what I was looking for at an affordable price and the fit was nice.

My first Simply Be experience was great! By reading the item reviews, I was able to order two dresses in two different size and they both fit perfectly! Delivery was pretty fast considering the package came from England. The dresses are of surprisingly good quality. I have already begun carousing for a third!

0 stars if possible. I returned almost $100 worth of items in December, and was told I would be reimbursed when they arrived back in the UK. I sent an email to their inquiry address and was asked twice for different information about my order WITHOUT any clarifying information about my return. According to the shipping label below, it's been stuck in New York City since January.
I will NEVER shop there again.
I'm channeling my inner crazy old lady by calling them THIEVES.

I love their clothing, especially the 'Joe Browns' line, it's stylish, functional, and fun to wear. I think it's wonderful to have a company cater to women of varying sizes with clothes that are very flattering in current styles also. The only complaint that I have is that their clothes are EXPENSIVE!!

I read the reviews here and decided to make up my own mind about this company. I placed an order on the night of the 18th and it arrived the morning of the 23rd via USPS. I am beyond happy that I gave Simply Be a try! Excellent bras and panties at great prices! Not only is everything beautiful and comfortable but they ship with a prepaid return label in case of any issues. I have not washed anything yet but I don't foresee any problems, the stitching, fabric, and elastic are very good quality. I'm actually happier with my Simply Be order than my Victoria's Secret order (which I placed a day before and received at the same time) and it was a fraction of the cost. My advice, try it for yourself! Oh, and buy something sexy, you deserve it!
I was getting ready to order due to the large selection of items for plus size women. Then I read reviews and dug deeper! The prices are a little high for online shopping. The website does not allow the option to ask questions or speak with an agent. Does not provide specific details about the clothing and the items are rather sub-standard looking for the price. I appreciate the approach at giving plus size more options but I need inseam information, comparisons, somebody to chat with, FAQ's and lower prices.
This is my first time ordering anything from SimplyBe. I ordered twice, once on June 1, 2018 and second on June 3, 2018. I payed extra for expedited shipping so that I could have it by this week, the estimated delivery date was June 12, 2018. I watched the updates as it made it to the US, cleared customs etc, it arrived in Atlanta, GA on June 7, 2018 and then it said that it was transferred to my local post office. That was a lie! I went to my post office June 12th and they said they didn’t have and conveniently the website would not show the tracking info while I was there. I contacted SimplyBe and was told that the USPS has my package and to give it about 3 more days before they can do anything. I went back the the post office the next day only to find out that they don’t even have the package and whatever company that was to transfer the package to USPS still has it in Atlanta. I live in South Carolina! How long does it take to send a package 3 hrs away!!!!! I called back to SimplyBe but I am told I still have to wait before I can get a refund or anything. It is now Saturday June 16 and I still have yet to receive anything I will return everything if it comes and I expect all my money back. I needed the item I ordered for a wedding today. This company is such a huge disappointment! First impression is awful! I don’t think I will ever order from this company again!!!!!!
Super disappointed. Ordered several dresses for an event and paid for expedited shipping with tracking. The tracking info was very odd at first (not super clear) and then the package and tracking got transferred to USPS and then sat at one location - and is supposedly still there (suspicious at best). Anyway, I called customer service and my order was immediately refunded including the expedited shipping/tracking cost; while I am very happy it was pretty hassle-free to get my money back, it still seems odd that the refund went off without a hitch while presumably, the package is still “on its way.” Like I said, I was super disappointed because their selection seems amazing and I was anxious to have something very different to wear (not bought at a department store). I really want to give three stars because I think I have ordered from them before without any issue, and the refund was immediate for this most current order - but I also emailed once (with no response) and had to call 3 times (because they were having technical difficulties).
I placed an order over 10 days ago with Simply be USA. I received a notification that my order had been shipped,however it showed the wrong items had been shipped. I called customer service and they were unable to find my profile and I offered the order number and they were still not able to find me! Eventually they did find my profile and advised me that the right items had been shipped and to allow up to 10 days for delivery. After day 14 I called again to be told they couldn't find my profile and in order to access my order they had to find my profile. Again gping through hoops giving so much info,name spelling etc they found my profile but advised that I had to wait a further 5 days to be eligible for a refund because I chose standard shipping! Telling me due to adverse conditions in the US the shipping is delayed. What adverse weather conditions.... To sum it up I have not had the best experience with this company so far. I won't be ordering from them again, it's left a bad taste in my mouth. My bank account has released the money so why haven't they sent my goods !!!!!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Placed order 1/22/2018 paid for 3-6 day expedited shipping with tracking. Never received tracking info. 1/27/2018 called to check on order spoke to Aquilio VERY RUDE BTW was advised order will ship 1/29/2018. Asked to speak to supervisor also unprofessional advised would ship on 1/30/2018. Called 2/2/2018 spoke to Aquilio again who mysteriously lost call. Called back, no one said anything. Called 3rd time got Sara also unprofessional..advised no order found by phone #, no tracking info available. Later advised order stuck at warehouse, fully refunded as unable to ship. I was ok with waiting just seeking timeframe. Sara advised due to “bad luck” order cannot be shipped. I requested supervisor. Sara mysteriously lost call. I did not call again.
Horrible Business" stay away!!!!! I ordered 2 items from Simply be company on 8/1/2017 which today is 8/16/2017. I was told it was on its way to me. It had been held up @ customs for 3 days then 5 days & a supervisor will call me after they find the whereabouts of my package with updated details.This is my first time ordering with Simply be. I am very disappointed, upset & baffled with the outcome of never receiving the items and being literally told different stories by several customer service reps."This company handled this issue in a very unprofessional manner.
Brilliant range of clothes and sizes, shipping can take a while but that's expected considering it's coming from the uk. I love that you can have a simply Be card to spread the cost.
