OK at first then broke. Never again would I buy Acer again.. Customer service is terrible. Either need to explain things better so don't make you look like a liar. money out of me for nothing.. people be warned you get a problem with Acer items.just want Stick to a no named one it will probably last you longer.. ACER YOU ARE A DISGRACE.

Just bought an Acer Aspire Z3 all in one. It arrived very quickly and we have been very happy with the quality - especially the screen.

We needed a desktop which wouldn't take up too much desk space and this is just the job. The keyboard could be a bit better, but that's a quibble

Our laptop at church has been stolen and we needed a replacement. I chose an Acer because it does not cause problems with our AV system which has ground loop interference issues. I was greatly relived to find that the replacement was OK. I upgraded to Windows 10 because I thought it would be more like Windows 7. I had problems with Powerpoint Viewer because I needed the service pack. The screen went blank when I inserted the power lead because the default settings associated with the power options needed sorting as did some of the options associated with EasyWorship but these are not Acer related.

Very impressed with the whole process from start to finish. Arrived earlier than i expected. Received texts to say order had been received/despatched, also emails, and a 1 hour time frame for delivery is excellent. Told delivery would be between 3.07 and 4.07pm, arrived at 3.08pm! Will definitely recommend to my friends. Thank you

What you see is what you get. Everything was clear, product information was excellent, I was updated at all times with the movement of my order. Although I did find that the free delivery bit a little confusing but that would not stop me from recomending simplyacer to friends and family.!!!!

I just bought my 7th laptop with simplyacer (not all of them mine...some were bought for family members) The oldest one is 6 I believe and it is still going strong, the one I'm using now (aspire 5755G) is 3 years old and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. With the last purchase, as usual, the service was quick (got a laptop next day) and I am really happy with the laptop itself...it was a deal of the week and so I got a decent machine at the great price. Their customer service representatives are knowledgeable and very polite. I will continue to support them because their customer service is second to none and their products are of great value. Thumbs up from London Town. I would highly recommend this retailer to anyone who is looking for a great computer at the good price.
