Every aspect of our car hire went well. Picking up the car via "meet and greet" from Exeter St David's station was very convenient, the car worked very well and was perfect for our needs, and the firm couldn't have been more helpful when we decided at the last minute to return the car at a different time to the one first agreed.

I can’t recommend this company enough. Due to my car being In and out of the garage, I have needed to hire a car for a number of weeks often at very short notice.
I had first gone into a well known car rental shop due to it being very close to my work and their attitude was very off putting. I then luckily stumbled across simple car hire when I was getting off the train and I’m so glad I did as they have gone above and beyond!
Neale at the Torquay office has been nothing but incredible and I can’t thank him enough for his help. I have recommended this company to everyone 🤩

Our car broke down on the very first day of our family holiday to Devon. We contacted several car hire companies, none of which could supply a suitable car for a reasonable price, nor could they get one close to us (South Hams). We contacted Simple, they found a fantastic car (Kia Nero) on the same day we called, and were able to meet us in Totnes to collect and eventually drop off. The price happened to be the cheapest of all the companies we contacted too! Fantastic service, they kept our holiday on track. Highly recommended.
