I DONT RECOMMEND

I DONT RECOMMEND, you'll have a good experience, but only if there's no issues...

Unfortunately, things are not that good, we have a missing part we paid for to analyse our hottub water and it was never installed. We paid well over 1K for this waterlab that was supposed to be installed at the factory when the hottub was made (hot tub 20k + pool 10k I paid for). Hottub and pool were installed at the end of may 2026 and we still dont have the missing Waterlab installed on our spa (now october 2026). Every week we get told the part is ordered and arriving soon...yet here we are 4 months later.

I JUST WANT THE PART I PAID FOR, INSTALLED ON MY HOTTUB, IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK?

We are always the ones having to follow up or else its like we dont exist (an email calendar event as a reminder would be so simple!). I dont know, but its not the after sale service we were promised. Maybe we'll have to contact the owner soon if this doesn't get resolved...its getting ridiculous now.
