I selected click and pick
I selected click and pick. The order wasn’t ready when I went to pick it up, even if I went after 45 minutes after I ordered it. On top of that I waited 10 minutes in the shop before having the item. I also paid for the service. Unacceptable

Silvan employees not very helpful. I was renting a floor sander and needed some DIY help and they just didn't know anything nor did they try to find someone that could help me. They were kind of rude too. Teenager types....
