I had to wait quite some time in queue, but then Jørgen had a very attentive and helpful service with me. He offered three different solutions to my problem, so that I could choose considering costs and quality. He seemed very knowledgeable in the topic (drilling holes to hang shelves from). Customer service in the shop is very polite and helpful. Service worker Villass even helped me cut the metal stick that I have purchased.

Item ordered for C&C actually unavailable
I ordered and paid for an item (panini grill 2000W), went to collect it from Click&Collect of Silvan on Lygten, had to wait nearly 15 minutes for someone to show up after ringing 3 times every few minutes, then I got a wrong item (smaller, cheaper panini grill), and after I realised at home it wasn't what I had ordered, I had to go back, wait again to find out the actual item is not available (there were 3 items available at the location according to the website) and I can go to Kundeservice desk to get a refund. How can an item be not in store and yet be shown online as available for Click&Collect?
I wasted an hour of my life on this. But at least the return was quick, I got money back the following day. The staff was pleasant and helpful.
