10/10 customer service.

Their customer service is 10/10 from start to finish. The team assisted me with every query I had and made sure to see it through with excellent service. I felt very accommodated to when asking my queries as well as a speedy refund on a missing item.
Though, I am sad that the product did not match this experience. I have had my wig for 2 months now and only wore it twice (washed once). The hair it’s self is soft it did not smell when it arrived and I was happy with this. But I can say that I have experienced shedding in my middle parting that I now have to have a side part going forward. I believe this may be down the the lace used for my wig. Hence the reason for 3 stars.

The best quality wigs ever!

The best quality wigs ever!

I heard so many people raving about SilqMist wigs and thought to get my hands on it on Black Friday. The quality is out of this world. I was nervous about installing it myself but the lace melted so well and matched my complexion. Can’t fault and definitely worth the wait. I will be investing in more wigs by SilqMist :)

The absolute best time to order from…

The absolute best time to order from this company is never.

Have been waiting for close to a month for my order. The order has been "processing" ever since. No indication while ordering that the items were in fact not in stock, which is very fraudulent. They refuse to refund the order but there's no indication of when it will arrive. Now I am forced to file a claim. Save yourself the trouble and spend your coins elsewhere.

Outstanding costumer service with…

Outstanding costumer service with professionalism and prompt replies to messages. Silqmist are never tired from answering your questions and will do their upmost to guide you through what you are looking for. Hair is soft, excellent quality and revive itself after washing. I have now order from Silqmist on 3 occasions and will definitely will be ordering from them again.

The best quality wigs from Silq Mist…

The best quality wigs from Silq Mist always! I’ve bought a couple of wigs from them and have loved every one of them. One of them I wore for four months straight, and it still kept its quality. Really good customer service as well, the girls are lovely and also fast to respond. Would definitely recommend, you won’t be disappointed :)

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I ordered a wig in time for my birthday, after a delay in shipping I contacted silqmist on Instagram and they resolved my issue instantly. The person I was speaking to was kind and helpful she didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience when I was asking questions and she was quick with her replies so I never had to wait long. It was the most compassionate customer service I have ever received from an online retailer and I recommend going to them for the prices and staying with them for the service and the prices

Excellent quality hair and customer service !

Don't buy from this company

Don't buy from this company, i purchased over a month ago or 2 i think in the last lockdown. They were nice at first when buying the wig like the girl in another review said. 19 days later after checking in maybe 2 or 3 times asking about my wig. Anyway 19 days later they say it is delayed etc. Guys when i recieved th wig it was fry dry brittle damaged nothing like the colour i paid for nothing like the wig i paid for. Oh and it was wet showing they literally dyed it a day before. They then told me they couldn't dye it that colour due to damage when why would i pay for a colour you said could be achieved to recieve something nothing like the picture. Wouldn't that mean it would be a less price as what i was quoted was for the exact colour. Im too angry for grammar and punctuation. Just know that the bad reviews are real and the others have been added recently buy her friends as you can see from the timing. Listen save your coins and buy from @larinhair on insta. I will never be cheap again and buy from these silly insta girls. Nothing but cheap cheats. Please beware guys. If i had seen these reviews prior i would not need to be here. Also ask me for pics of proof of messages, and receipt and you will see this lord of the ring disaster looking wig. It isn't my problem when you started your colouring service. I paid for a colour even showing you the pic and you said it was £85 to achieve this colour. As you can see it isnt anything near yet still charged. You didnt send me a image before hand. And the wig was not checked if it was then it wouldn't have holes, wet damaged the wig was not the sasha wig as the curls were different/damaged. I emailed you guys to which i was ignored this is why i have gone to trading standards because i am within my rights that have you not provided what i pay for there a refund should be due. I understand you dont refund however you dont charge someone for something completely different. The wig is in the bag till this day. I have full evidence to submit to the correct authorities. If you had sent me proof of picture then show me this proof? I have dms and emails to show you didnt send anything. If you did i would not accept such a wig in that state. Im not bothered about the duration of how late the wig was but i mentioned it. Im bothered that i paid for something that wasn't the same as advertised. I've emailed to which you ignored hence me going to the authorities and opening a dispute. If you were sorry you would have refunded me. You shouldn't be sorry about the time it took but that you charged me for a damaged wig. This is what im annoyed at not the time it took to send just to clarify. I have evidence showing the colour i wanted and what was quoted to me to colour it to that specific colour. You damaged the wig regardless of achieving that colour. You charged me for the colout i asked when you didn't colour it nowhere near. And if it was the case that you said it would be damaged to colour it that colour then why did you charge me £85 and say this can be achieved and this is the quote. If it was to be lifted twice you should tell me and charge less. However i have all the evidence. Please respond by email. There is no point trying to look good and professional on here as you have given bad service to me and kept my money

Regarding delays, we sincerely apologise. As these were unprecedented times, shipping and manufacturer delays were beyond our control. I extremely apologise that this was your experience and if there were ways to get your wig to you faster we would have exhausted all attempts to do this. We can assure you now that lockdown has eased and we are now working within a new normal, you would not face these delay concerns again.

Regarding colouring, we only started providing a colouring service in August/Septemer of this year and no colouring was being completed before that or during lockdown. We also quality check all wigs prior to them being shipped out with photo evidence of the wig.

I would purchase again from SilqMist …

I ordered a closure from this company which came within the time-frame I was given. The closure is good quality, easy to pluck & bleach and not too thick. The company isn’t expensive and they have good customer service. I would defo recommend them.

This hair company is disgusting and…

This hair company is disgusting and fraudulent!!!! The hair I received is stiff, dry, thin and horrible!!!! I can’t even get through to them and get a refund because I have been blocked!! I am very upset and I urge everyone not to shop with this fraudulent people!!!! Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.

There’s nothing not to love!

This is my second time purchasing from Silqmist personally, excellent quality hair, great affordable wigs and amazing, efficient customer service. Colouring is as shown in pictures and the compliments have been endless, I have recommend their services to friends who have also been returning customers!

There’s nothing not to love, spoilt for the new choices in the styles too!

Amazing Hair and customer service !!
