Definitely a scam. I received fake emails about my product being on it's way but never received a delivery confirmation or the poster I ordered. When I contacted customer service I was told that it was too late to submit my claim. I'm out $30 for a poster that I never received.
Package still not received after 3 months. I'm in UK. Ordered a poster in Oct 18. Still not received. Phoned DHL it's an office in Germany who deal with my tracking no. They advised package sent by them in normal Royal Mail with no tracking no. I despair that I will ever receive this as Royal Mail are unable to trace it.
Crooked Scam Company.Ordered a poster on 11-3-18 should have been delivered 11-9/11-16. 11-18-18 SG emails me saying it is in production, 2 days after latest delivery date. 12-11 I still haven't received my item and tell them to cancel the order, they respond with a 10% discount and to tell me they were having production difficulties and they would not cancel my order that it would be delivered within another 7-10 business days.12-11-18 I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.12-31-18 Now SG says it was delivered on 12-24. Almost two months after the original delivery date. I didn't ask for a discount, I said cancel the order.
Worst company please don’t order anything there is no customer service they were rude and actually hung up on me during a chat /10 emails later nothing.if you need your money back you have to go through your bank.
My wife ordered a print entitled Perfect. It had the lyrics of Ed Sheeran’s Song printed in a heart shape beneath the title. When we received it we saw they had sent us a different one entitled “photograph “. Despite many emails to the customer support desk they first told us that there was no difference between what we ordered and what they sent, then they said our order was actually for the one called photograph and seem to have messed around with a link to make it seem we had made the mistake. Luckily we took a screen print of the confirm. We have now passed it to our credit card company to sort out. Thankfully buying it through them gives us some protection
