Update: Customer Service has been very responsive to my issue and has offered several solutions, one of them being a return of the mattress with a free pick-up. I and very sensitive to odors which is probably why I am having a different experience to others.
The delivery process was not too great. At first I got a notice saying it was delivered even though it certainly had not arrived. I called customer service and found out that that notice had been sent to me by mistake. Then it was delayed. The delivery driver came around the corner to my front door where I was waiting and was almost at my front door, when he suddenly backed up and left it at my garage door even though I had a sign on the garage door asking for deliveries to go to the front which is at street level. I ordered the Plush Organic King. I aired it out for a full 24 hours before making up the bed, and after just under a month of sleeping on it the latex/rubber smell had become continuously worse to the point that I can’t handle it anymore. My bed linens smell like rubber. My pyjamas smell like rubber. It’s horrible!

I don’t think I’ve ever been so disappointed with a brand. I bought an adjustable pillow back in January—the pillow itself is good, but before I even used it night one, the side of the zipper tore as I was removing fill. I immediately contacted the company with photos and got zero response. I then got an email asking to leave a review, so I left a negative review in hopes that the team would reach out to me. They didn’t, and the review is suspiciously missing from their website. So then I reached out on social media several times, and again got zero response. This issue could have been avoided entirely had someone bothered to address it. Unfortunately they’ve lost me as a customer. The standards they’ve set as a company are ridiculously low. I expect far more from a Canadian brand. Good luck.

I really wanted to love this mattress. I did a lot of research and even contacted the company for guidance before making my decision. My husband and I are both heavier individuals, and we specifically needed a mattress that would provide lasting support. Our previous Sealy mattress was no longer working for us, so after comparing several companies, I chose the Silk & Snow Hybrid Mattress because I was told it could support up to 1000 lbs combined. Since we are well below that limit, I felt confident it would be a great fit.

At first, it was amazing — very supportive, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for.

Unfortunately, after about six months, noticeable dips formed where we sleep. The mattress gradually lost its support and became increasingly uncomfortable. Now, about a year later, I wake up in pain most mornings, and the mattress feels like it has almost no support left at all.

I’m extremely disappointed and regret choosing this mattress.

I live with severe back issues, and I had tried their Hybrid bed, but got the medium, and it was too soft. I contacted them to do a exchange, and not only did they help me, I asked about going to a higher model, the Organic Firm. Silk & Snow, not only gave me a set of free pillows extra, but arranged the entire thing to be pain free, from pick up to ordering, to delivery. Honestly, their customer service was amazing from start to end! I'm a huge fan now of their products and service.

In a very professional manner she advocated for the delivery of my furniture on a date I could be on the west coast (I’m moving from the east coast). Warranty was honored promptly and without hassle. Part was out of stock and instead of making me wait, they sent out a box including more parts because they had these boxes in stock.

Great experience from start to finish. In-store help when trying mattresses, good deal online, and Manon helped me quickly through customer service. Delivery was quick and the delivery guy was friendly, plus the mattress is amazing. All around great service and products.

I spent several weeks searching for a modular sofa that fit all my needs prior to landing on Silk and Snow. I had an excellent call with a product specialist prior to ordering, who confirmed the fabric was in the style I was looking for. Most importantly, I inquired on this call about delivery timelines, as I had a vacation upcoming 2.5 weeks from when I planned to order and wanted to ensure my couch arrived. I was reassured by so many reviews highlighting quick order fulfillment and delivery. I was told everything was in stock and the "last day" for the couch to arrive would be well ahead of when I was going on vacation, so went ahead with the order.

I placed the order Monday morning and the ottoman arrived by Thursday, which was an impressive commitment to delivery timelines. However, it is now 2 weeks later, and I have not received any more of my couch or any delivery estimates. I have repeatedly contacted Silk and Snow, who initially said they were coordinating shipment between the Calgary and Ontario warehouses-- however, on my most recent call, I was told the product ordered was not in stock (despite confirming on the website and on the phone prior to placing my order that everything was in stock).

This is a very expensive purchase, and one I was excited about. But now, I cannot help but feel resentment due to the whole process and unknowns while waiting for my order. So, this is your warning: unless you want to be without a couch for several weeks, you should reconsider purchasing this sofa.

I made an error in the ordering of a duvet. I called the next day. Prompt response on a Sunday morning! Nothing is a problem! Was told that I would hear back from Silk and Snow the next day. Sure enough I did.
I wish other companies had the same excellent service as Silk +Snow. And I LOVE their products. This is the second duvet that I have ordered. Great quality.
