Truly exceptional service

I can't recommend SilentRide highly enough! Even though I didn’t purchase my Newbot electric motorbike through them, they stepped up when my battery died and needed replacing. They arranged everything, from sourcing and shipping the new battery to providing detailed video instructions on how to install it. Their customer service was outstanding, and thanks to them, my bike is now back in perfect working order. It’s rare to find a company that goes above and beyond like this—truly exceptional service.
