I’ve ordered products worth around €500 from Silcare. Unfortunately, I ordered 11 top coats by mistake and returned them. I emailed the company several times with all the details and my bank information, but I never received any response or refund. They completely ignored my messages and left me without the products and without my money. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
