If I could have given no stars I would have!!!
I have used Signfirm before with no issues. Never using them again!
I ordered & paid for a hemmed & eyelet finished banner for my charity event. It arrived with eyelets but as a trimmed banner.
Emailed them straight away asking for contact about a replacement. A week later, 6 emails sent & no reply. I have tried calling but phone umbers from their websites, which are different, aren't recognised. The lack of customer service is disgraceful. As a small charity we want & expect to get what we paid for. There were others that were slightly cheaper but a lesser quality material. Should have gone with one of them & will do in the future.

DISGUSTING.

Placed an order about 3 months ago. Won't reply to any calls or emails. Basically just took my money. A joke.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I have used signfirm for my banners and displays for a number of years now, and found very little point in going anywhere else. Great friendly service, very good turnaround and more importantly a very good quality finished product, and out of 250+ pull up banners to date, I have not had to return a single one!

Nothing but helpful! Amazingly fast turn around a PVC banner was despatched almost as soon as I sent the artwork!

Signfirm are the only company I will trust with our printing needs! we've had 3 banners and 1 foamex sign so far with another 2 foamex signs being delivered today.
Kevin is a true professional and obviously commited to excellent customer service where nothing is too much trouble, he even emailed me to let me know I'd sent the artwork sized in pixels not mm and gave me the time to adjust and re send! most companies would have used the low quality image and costed us more time and money having it re-printed. I can strongly recommend Signfirm! (and I do quite frequently!)

I have never ordered a banner before and the choice of companies was bewildering...as were the choice of prices. I needed something in a hurry for an event this weekend. I chose Signfirm because of the great price and the ease of navigating their website. I' m a techno-eejit and sent an image in a wrong size but Kevin at Signfirm was straight in touch and even with the delay I caused, my banner has arrived already!
Delighted with the service and will use Signfirm again.

With time short I searched the net for a next day printer and found Signfirm, who also happened to be fairly local which was great. They were able to print the same day which allowed us to collect it that evening. They offered great advice and a friendly service which I would not hesitate to recommend, we will be using them again.

Very helpful, patient, friendly team. I was amazed of how fast the order was processed. The products are of very high quality, prices very low. Extremely happy for using this company for our banners. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of their services.

Ordered two different stands on behalf of two different companies, on one the artwork was supplied by an agency on the template provided by Signfirm, no problems and on the other I supplied graphics etc and Signfirm created the artwork, again all easy and excellent.
Stands ordered were the "Premium" pop-ups and the quality is superb, better than previous ones I've had and much cheaper. Value for money is excellent.
Delivery company used is fantastic, they are flexible on delivery date and very responsive, on the second one i picked up a message in the evening for delivery the next day and this was inconvenient so I responded with a request for the following day and had instant confirmation that evening. They provide a one hour window in which they will deliver and both times they were spot on and this was in different parts of the country.
Have already recommended and will order again.

I spent a lot of time looking for a reasonably priced company to produce my company point of sale. It was a relief when I came across Sign Firm as they printed everything I needed.

Their website was easy to use, my follow up call to the company was handled very well and the delivery service was made very easy too. The delivery time window was only one hour so I didn't need to wait in all day for them

I wish I could run my company this well!!

Rang around lots of companies as we needed a banner quickly,rung signfirm and spoke to Kev who was more than happy to help out.

Told him we needed it for tomorrow and he said they would get it done.
This company really went out there way to help us and would recomend to anyone.So nice to still have genuine companies who keep to there word.

10/10 guys well done.
