We realized that we needed pins for our Baseball tournament in NY last minute and I called. Proofs (2) were given in less than a day and once the order was paid. I had the pins in exactly 1 week. On time and no problem with the product. I would use Signature pins again if we ever needed pins in future. 2nd order with them and I actually like the epoxy dome not put on the pins. I am more of a texture person, when you feel my pins and all it's indentions you feel more of a wonderful sensation.
