Excellent, friendly, personalised service
I found the second-hand synthesiser I had been looking for, for an excellent price, on the Signal Sounds web site. Its condition wasn’t entirely clear, so I sent an email and quickly got a very helpful, thorough, friendly reply from Luke. I then bought it on the web site but requested they hold back sending it until a particular day. It arrived today, as intended, and exactly as described, so I am delighted with my experience.

Excellent and polite service - recommended!
The instrument I ordered arrived in perfect condition and on schedule. It wasn't, unfortunately, a suitable instrument for my requirements (this is no reflection on Signal Sounds, it was my misunderstanding of the spec which was to blame), and the return and re-funding was handled efficiently and with no quibbling. The service from Signal Sounds throughout was excellent and polite. I would recommend them heartily.

Impeccable engagement & problem solving
I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the support from the Help Desk in regards to a package which for unforeseen (a recent change in P.O. Box protocols in my area) reasons had a slightly more challenging journey than expected. The help I received in tracking the missing package & redirecting it to the appropriate address was nothing short of impeccable.
