I would like to exchange a pillow, and the website I was directed to has no exchange or contact information, and no one answers the phone number from the TV ad. The link is inactive for customer service. HOW do I get information to exchange my pillow?

I hate it, The experience was aweful overall

Ordered a pillow based off of the advertisement on TV. Received an email saying they couldn't fulfill the pillow on TV but had one EXACTLY like it. Get it out of here. Tried to cancel, sent numerous emails - no response. They have no problem taking your money shipping you something different and taking off $5. Terrible business. If someone would monitor/answer their email, that sure would be helpful. We were looking forward to trying the pillow and now we are just trying to get our money back after the false advertisement and shipping another product.

I don't care for the button in the middle, it will not stay buttoned. I think I would like it better if it were a snap. Also there is not enough filling. After awhile all of the filling does not stay under your head or neck which leaves you with no support. In the beginning it was just fine, after a couple of months it started to lose its usefulness.

Your original side sleeper was much better for me because it is firmer and gives more support. Otherwise the idea and shape is great for me.

When I first got my side sleeper pillow it was great but after a couple weeks it started letting my head go to low. I found out that you need to make sure the filling is at the top to start with then it will work fine.

Shipping for these pillows was way too long considering the cost. My wife likes the new pillow with beads better, however, the smell of the polystyrene material was difficult to get rid of. I personally liked the old pillows with traditional fill but felt they were not very durable. If better material and stitching had been used in the older pillow as well as better availability, I would have purchased my 4th set of them.

You changed the filling! I hate it! I've bought 5 pillows and I love my side sleeper. But this one is awful. Very disappointed. Bought one for a friend as I had bragged on it! She hates it, too! Bring back the old filling!

The chemical smell emanating from the pillows is so strong that I cannot use the pillows. upon receiving the first set of pillows, I called customer service and they kindly sent replacement pillows which I received. I was so excited to receive the new pillows but immediately noticed the strong chemical smell again! I have had the pillows for several weeks now, and they still smell so badly that I cannot use them unfortunately. I have hung them on the clothes line to air out; put them in dryer with "air only"; and have sprayed fabreeze on them with NO LUCK. so, they are in a closet hanging while I pray the smell dissipates however I am not holding my breath...no pun intended. UNUSEABLE.

I purchased the original Side Sleeper Pro and loved it. Eventually, it wore out and needed to be replaced. When I tried to order again it had been replaced by this newer version that is made of a completely different material. It took a good deal of time to finally receive this pillow. At first it was wonderful. I have had it since Jan. and it is now March. In this short amount of time it has lost some of it's shape and overall umph (for lack of a better word). I was hoping it would last as long as the original but I do not think that will be the case. When I ordered this it was 2 for 1. Maybe the company knew it would not hold up so they sent a back up.

Great little pillow and sure helps get a good nights rest!

I would recommend to anyone who suffers from neck pain. I'm ordering 2 more.

The pillow was is too flimsy and I have shaken it down from the long end which is for the back and folded it up and put a rubber band to keep the filling in the ear portion of the pillow.....

I originally bought the Side Sleeper pillows a few years ago and just needed new pillowcases for the originals. I couldn't find them available on-line so decided to purchase new pillows and cases. When I finally received them, I found that the fill material has been changed to some sort of poly air bead that 1) has a very strong odor and 2) there is not enough fill (air beads) for the pillow to keep its shape. Also, the overall size of the pillow is no longer the same. The backrest/tail is much smaller than the original model. I like the pillows and since it would be a waste of time and money to try to return them, I will continue to use them but may not order them again.

My side sleeper supports my neck in just the right way. I wake rested and without neck pain.

Unfortunately, it took several months to receive the pillows I ordered. I do have a suggestion. I would like to be able to order additional Side Sleeper Pro Air pillow cases without ordering another pillow. Why? I have 6 Side Sleeper Pro Pillows at different locations and have a need for additional pillow cases.

Please consider allowing customers to order additional Side Sleeper Pro Air pillow cases without ordering additional pillows. Thank you.

Husband did not like the pillow. He felt like his head was too flat for his comfort.

I like it but I think I liked the old one better.
