Siba is the worst place ever!

Please do not buy anything, especially cell phones from Siba! My sister purchased a brand new iPhone 6s from Siba and out of the box, it didn't work. We went back to Siba to get a replacement but they said it only needed iOS update because there was a bug on the version the phone came in. We tried and tried but it was obvious there was an issue with the phone. We went back to Siba and told them the issue. They said, we don't replace cell phones but we can send it to Apple or we can go to Apple Store directly. Obviously we went there because it would have been 3-6 weeks wait if they sent it. Apple said because it wasn't purchased from them, they can't replace it to a brand new one, but can replace to refurbished one but then the store warranty wouldn't apply anymore. We went back to Siba to return the phone so we could purchase from Apple instead but Siba said we couldn't return a cell phone. That is against their policy. So we ended up having to return to Apple and replace it with a refurbished 6s for the price of a new one, all because Siba sold an item that didn't work out of the box and their customer support is the worst of them all. During all this time, it was confirmed by Apple that the hardware was indeed broken.

Siba didn't:
1. Tell us that the phone most likely would need iOS update BEFORE turning on the phone (they told us 50% of the phones needed updates immediately, which never happens in the US)

2. The seller was rude and simply told us, it's not their problem since we bought the phone and they don't accept returns on cell phones

3. Their attitude was not apologetic what so ever and pretty much told us to go to Apple as its their phone and their problem.

What sucks with this whole issue is that my sister paid over $800 for a brand new phone that didn't work, never used it, never activated, and had to exchange it for a refurbished phone! Which normally costs less than a brand new phone.

Conclusion: DO NOT SHOP AT SIBA!!!
