Expect nothing and be happy!
Total waste of time. Ordered a part from them off there website. Paid for First class delivery. To date still not received anything from them. Thankfully paid with PayPal but they refuse to or are simply not willing to answer any emails about this. As I've paid with PayPal at least I can claim against the buyer protection and get my money back. Reputable company I'd say not after trying to contact them only providing a mobile number that is never answered and no registered address or email to even write to them. Stay Clear or fight for your money back using PayPal.

Order not received, fraudulent seller.
I purchased a display unit for a tablet and paid for special delivery. My item never arrived. I messaged the company and was ignored. I phoned and my call was dropped after 2 rings. Subsequent calls were dropped straight away. I believe my calls were barred. I emailed and was again ignored. I ended up having to contact my bank to get my money back under the chargeback scheme. I also contacted Citizen's Advice, giving them the transaction details and also the name and address of the company owner, which is freely available online. They, in turn, contacted Trading Standards.
I was severely disappointed with this site and would recommend anyone avoid this fraudulent seller. Couldn't give a rating low enough to reflect my experience with Sian's Mobiles.

Avoid this 'Joker'.
Refused a full refund for goods not received & abusive email sent to me.
Emailed this website to say I've not received my order after 7 days waiting even though I paid for First Class express delivery. I asked for a refund but they would only give a refund minus the postage as he had been ill and had only posted it that day which was a week late.
I contacted them again to ask for a full refund as I had not received the item but got an abusive email back calling me a 'Joker'?
I have raised a dispute with paypal over the rude unprofessional conduct and poor experience over all.
Please think twice before dealing with this seller any problems are answered with abuse. He wants me to return the item at my expense and will not refund my original orders postage.
