Shudoo use a delivery company that are so difficult to communicate with and so inflexible that I had to eventually get my items sent back to the company and I had given up. Didn't get my items in time for my Holiday and was absolutely gutted.

I ordered my shoes 6 weeks ago from shudoo.com. The money went from my bank last week and still no shoes. I have emailed several times no reply also you can't get through on their phone lines. I think I can honestly say me and numerous others have been ripped off! I f they knew they were in trouble why take our money?! KARMA!

Placed order on 4th of March with delivery of 5-7 days. My account was debited the next day for the full amount. Order still not arrived and 4 emails which I sent to query my order have all been ignored. 'Customer service' phonelines are down. TOTAL SCAM!! Avoid at all costs!!

I sent 2 pairs of boots back to shudoo to the value of £139.50 on the 11 february 2011, now over 4 weeks later i am still waiting for a refund. I have emailed them on lots of occasions and even scanned and sent the proof of postage but to no avail. They are now ignoring my emails. When you ring the telephone number it says they have a technical fault with the lines, how very convenient! First and last time i will ever use this company.

Not only did the order take for ever to arrive (apparently due to a unexpectedly rapid move of warehouse - One wonders why?) but after finding the boots did not fit , absolutely no reponse to emails re: return. Do NOT buy from this company.

I ordered a pair fitflop's on the 17 Sept 2010 but had to return them as they were a bit small. I returned them the next day using the free return's label. After waiting a few weeks I contacted Shudoo regarding the refund. I was advised it could take up to 4 weeks for them to receive it if I used the free return label and a further 2 weeks for the refund to go through.

After waiting for 6 weeks I contacted Shuddo again only to be told they hadn't received the item so it must have been lost and I should make a claim to Royal Mail. Even though I used their self addressed label they took no responsibility and would not process a refund. I made a claim and 3 months on I'm still waiting. This was the 1st and last time I order anything from Shudoo. I have proof of posting and feel that this company should have took resolvability of the "lost item".
