booking for Beautiful carol King story
booked on Sunday pm but no email came up for confirmation so had to ring
them on Monday & they suggested it was probably my pc security blocked it but she did it straight away - brilliant show enjoyed by my brother & wife on holiday from Switzerland.

Purchasing tickets
Using theatre vouchers I was a little concerned as to how it would work but the agent I spoke to was very helpful and made the whole booking service very easy.

Had a great time but
If I'm really honest I really should give you all the stars but the meal in the carvery was disappointing the food could have been hotter and we felt rushed once we had been seated we had just driven through London just need to relax not be rushed.but the show THE LION KING WOW is the best way to sum it up amazing thank you .but the booking and getting tickets was easy and first class thank you

So impressed!
I had to exchange tickets due to a last minuet travel change and was helped out immediately. Not only that but it was in a kind and courteous way. I was so impressed by the considerate and helpful staff. I would definitely use this service again and think its a brilliant way to get any tickets for London shows!

Hard work, but got there in the end.
I was a little put off when there was no option to choose to have the tickets delivered or collect from the office. I had to email to ask for them to be sent to the theatre, right after the booking was made. The confirmation email also didn't arrive in my inbox or trash after 48hrs, which made me worry, so I had to email twice and make a call to get it as I was advised I'd need a copy to collect the tickets from the box office, but when I arrived they just handed them over, which while I was pleased, annoyed me slightly after the multiple attempts to get the email.

I am really sorry to hear that you didn't have a good experience with us.
The option of the collection at the box office is only available on line if it's too late to post out the tickets or if you live overseas. This is because it is more convenient so you don't have to queue before the performance but we are happy to change it if you give us a call (which you did).
I'm also sorry that your confirmation email didn't arrive and you had to call us. It does happen that some emails go directly to the spam folder.
We ask all our customer to be able to provide the email confirmation for collection at the box office because this is the policy for all the venues. Please be assured that they were your guaranteed seats and nobody else could sit in them.
I hope you enjoyed the show and that we have the opportunity to serve you again and make the experience a positive one.
Excellent customer service
i had an issue which the staff at Shows In London staff dealt with quickly and very efficiently. They were pleasant and extremely helpful. I would recommend and I will use again.

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is Fantastic
The kids were amazing in this show, they are just fantastic. Willy Wonka is a true star and the sets took my breath away. If your child is a fan of the book or the film this show is worth every penny.

Time pressured
Only just made it in time....and I am relatively ok with computers....if you're a bit slow on computers have EVERYTHING you need at hand or better still, get a youngster to book it for you!
