Very simple to put my radiostation online

I purchased what I believed to be a streaming service. It was in facts a fake non working dashboard. I contacted them twice. The first reply said they would get back to me in 3 -5 days. It never happened. I then asked for a refund. Nothing. I am now seeking a refund via my bank. Avoid. I wish I had looked here first before making the purchase.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with SHOUTcast.com. I purchased their service on November 22nd for €50, paid via credit card, and the payment was successfully debited from my account. However, my station is still inactive, and I keep receiving the message:
"There is no active subscription for this station. An active subscription is required to start streaming."

I immediately contacted their support team to resolve this issue, but I have received no response at all. This level of service is scandalous. It feels like I’m being held hostage—I’ve paid for a service that I’m not receiving, and my attempts to get help are being completely ignored.

This experience has left me deeply frustrated and angry. I would not recommend SHOUTcast.com to anyone until they improve their service and start treating their customers with the respect they deserve.

Avoid this service if you value your time, money, and peace of mind!

I have no word for this fraud company. Scammers notting more to say. I want my money back.

I've been a happy customer for the last five years however there has been a dramatic reduction in reliabilty over the last few months. In July, they retired a server which necessitated moving over to a new server. With the ensuing back and forth, my stream was down for nearly a week. Then TuneIn and various other platforms had to be updated along with the apps. The net result, a loss of 66% of my listeners. Since then the stream has gone down on a number of occasions, I can't access my control panel either directly or via the website. Just keep getting messages saying site can't be reached. I end up emailing support and then waiting anything up to a couple of days for a resolution. At this stage, I'll be looking elsewhere going forward.
Update: service went down again. Unable to make contact by email, control panel etc. After three weeks and extensive Googling I came across a post informing the world they ceased trading and thanking their customers!! Pity they did'nt think of informing instead of leaving everyone in limbo.

Update! -now it is working, probably they were hacked.

Since yesterday, 30th of October, all the radio stations created on their platform are not working and there is no support, no response, nothing. Are they still alive?

What other online radio stations platforms are reliable?

This company has scammed me out of my initial 50euro and never paid out. Instead they cut me off and stopped responding to my emails. They owe me 1000's of euros. I am seeking legal advice.

They continue with their same BS service or rather lack thereof. I can't imagine how this company can stay in business except by defrauding people constantly on the internet for $50 bucks a shot.

Stay far away from Shoutcast aka Targetspot. It is the most unreliable company to work with. Extremely bad service. You can monetize it via Targetspot (just the same company but a different name). They pay extremely late (I am still receiving payments from last year). The quality of the ads is usually poor but their unskippable fillers are even worse.

They should be honest and apologize to customers because the platform Shoutcast has all kinds of problems that they are not capable to solve.
And they should absolutely refund all the customers that are paying for a service that Shoutcast is not able to offer.
For example the radio streaming drops every 5 minutes.
Impossible to invest time, money and energies on a platform like this.
It's simply a fraud.
