Poor after sales support
I got the item on Wednesday and by Thursday the screen had green lines. No crack, no dent. I sent photos to support by Sunday because I felt was too early to complain, but they said it was “impact damage” and refused a return, said it was past 3 days. They didn’t check the device, just judged from a photo.
A display fault like this can also be a manufacturing defect... and 4 days is too short for a new product to fail. Their policy doesn’t seem to separate returns from warranty for factory faults.
I’m handling the loss myself, but I wouldn’t recommend buying electronics from Shopyaba unless you’re okay with no support if something goes wrong within the first week.
