Brew it yourself

I am owed a refund from the online shopping company also known as brewit yourself. I have several email promised from them of a refund but no refund, this has been going on now for over 2 months. Refund is for a non delivered item ordered July 2011. I cannot get an sense out of them, they no longer give a tel number to use. Its a shame as I have ordered from them from quite a long time, and until this happened had been more than pleased with them. Just want this sorting out.
