I do not recommend ordering from this site as the quality is low and there is no customer service. I ordered shoes from this site. When they arrived, they were extremely low quality and ran small. I sent a message to customer service asking how to return them and received this message…
“If you return the product now, you need to pay the freight to send it back. This is not cost-effective for you. Please think again.” It is unreasonable to sell new merchandise (particularly clothes and shoes) online in the USA that cannot be returned in an easy and cost-effective manner. This is not a reputable company!

Shoes were advertised as Clark’s and they were definitely not. In addition, they sent the wrong size. They would not respond to my emails. I would not give them any stars if that were an option.

TOTAL SCAM!!
TOTAL SCAM!!! Saying things are a brand name and selling them for exorbitant prices!!!! Trying to look like they are an Etsy shop.
SHAME ON YOU!!!!
I called my credit card company but first I emailed shoppEtsy and demanded a cancellation of the order and a refund if they don’t refund me my credit card companies going to do it because they are fake!
I have also begun a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
