I order 8 items from Shoplift in April and May, 2020. I haven't received anything yet and it is the middle of June. When I placed my order, I was told everything would be received by now. May clients are leaving me because I lack safe service thanks to Sholem. A lot of things I ordered are now available at Office Depot so its not a shortage.
Is this a Scam by Shoplift?
Others I've talked to have had the same experience.
I never received a putty that I ordered. Was only $10.50, but that is besides the point. I was told to fill a missing item form. I couldn't get it to work at first and was completely ignored when I asked for help. Sometime later I got it to work. And they still didn't even contact me. When I finally contacted another person from the site it "magically" made the first person reply to me. Funny how that works hey! So then she sent me an etransfer with my refund. But didn't refund the tax I paid on the item. What kind of "business" is this?
Then this lovely lady msgs me and says the reason they didn't refund it at first is because I didn't fill out a missing item form. I then sent her the screen shot I took proving that I had indeed filled out said form. I said that I wanted to know who is in charge of this business and I wanted to talk to that person on the phone. And that I didn't want to talk to the lady that I've been dealing with. Once again she has not responded. So when things don't go her way she just chooses to ignore you as a customer. Such a great way to run a business!

This is the best place to shop online. My kids were shopping for nike airforce 1 and they found the ones they wanted on the shoplift site. At first i was like skeptical about ordering the shoes from shoplift but i got them in 2 days from the day of ordering. What a great place to shop for nike shoes.
