BUYER BEWARE! “Returns within 14 days” doesn’t mean return for store credit. I purchased items in 2 sizes as a first time buyer and after specifically reading the return policy, I still did not know about this practice. This is deceptive and unreasonable. Dont shop here unless you’re 100% certain you’re keeping an item you’ve never seen. Will not be shopping here again unless I can actually make a return or after my disappointing experience with matching a large store credit to new items.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Unable to return item for anything other that store credit. The quality is not as it appears. The hem of the dress I order is cheaply made. The pictures and description are not accurate. In 2021 with covid it is extremely disappointing that you can not get a full refund.

It was my first purchase through Jaus and from the brand Nookie. I normally fall between a size medium/large and can get away with either size. I ordered a medium dress for my elopement next month and it was way too tight! I right away requested a return, received my shipping label and emailed the specific email listed for a quick turn around on the store credit(My own fault for not reading the “store credit only” before my purchase, but luckily there was a good selection of white dresses to choose from). Someone got back to me in a timely manner and informed me of when they were expecting my return. When the return wasn’t received on time I impatiently emailed and shortly after received a call from Michelle who gave me extremely helpful advice on sizing and sorted my store credit for my new purchase. Will shop here again in the future because I had a good experience with customer service, I’ll just be sure to confirm my size prior to ordering.
Where is my order?
The quality of the clothing is decent, but the customer service and shipment times are awful. Still waiting on the last piece of my order and no response from JAUS on my inquiries.
Buyer beware. Jaus steals your money.
Buyer beware. Jaus sent me damaged dresses and refused to give me my money back. I ordered online and spent over $300 on dresses for a small bridal shower and wedding and when the zipper wouldn’t zip up on one and the lace was damaged on the other I decided to send both dresses back and contacted customer services letting them know about the damages. They assured me that when I sent back the dresses they would process the return. Instead, I had to follow up and ask them where the reimbursement was. Instead of doing the righ thing, the Jaus team flat out lied and told me that someone had inspected the dresses and everything looked fine to them so instead, they were issuing me a credit. Straight up robbery. It’s your choice, obviously, if you’d like to support a business that takes advantage of their customers in a time where COVID has claimed making people’s livelihood. I for one am disgusted Jaus and it’s owners would allow for their employees to lie and treat their customers this way.

I was shocked to see any negative reviews about this boutique. The quality was impeccable, and price is so reasonable for such unique pieces. They answered my questions within a few hours, return was processed so fast because they knew I was in a rush. I can’t fault them. Will be shopping for all my dresses here from now on.

Terrible experience and garbage quality
Terrible experience. Don’t waste your money or your energy. They have a store credit only policy, which is pretty hard to believe in today’s world. I’ll admit I purchased a jacket before reviewing the return policy, but it’s likely because I’ve never had an issue with any other retailer. Well the jacket was total garbage (very cheaply made), and it was the wrong size. Not only do they not stand by their product enough to allow a dissatisfied customer return it, but they were out of my size and still stuck me with a store credit. This sucks considering that anything I order with my store credit will also be crap. STAY AWAY.
SHOPJAUS.COM is horrible
SHOPJAUS.COM is horrible. I ordered a dress and had to return it - they did not put the exchange store credit on my account when my package arrived back to their store. I called every day for a WEEK asking for my credit so I could re-order my dress in time for my event (because they do not do exchanges!) All I kept hearing was "oh that's strange, let me put it in right now".... and they still didn't put the credit in.. I missed out on my event date. customer service SUCKS and I will not purchase from Shopjaus again.
P.S. a little google searching you can find ALL dresses from JAUS on other American websites for WAY better prices!
Be aware of this brand
Be aware of this brand. It will cost you money to return your items and they only offer credit. Who doesn't refund anymore? The quality of the material is just ok. You're much better off shopping reputable brands with normal return policies. Lulu's is great! Asos, etc. Stay away from JAUS.
