Unpleasant experience

Bad experience. I had good hopes at first. Unfortunately the product did not match the description and the pickup did not work. I shipped the item back unused in the same package as delivered. The company showed me there was minor scratches on the surface (looked like transportation wear). They falsely acused me of the minor scratches without evidence and is not my fault. They withhold 15% of my payment (60 euro) or want to ship it back. They are unwilling to settle for a proper solution equivalant to the damage. Very disappointed and therefore I am still waiting for my full refund. They should charge their vendor for a faulty product and not me as a customer for minor scratches that could easily be polished.

We completely understand that it is frustrating when a refund is not issued in full. However, as a specialist retailer for musical instruments, we must guarantee that every item sold as 'New' is in absolutely pristine condition.

In this specific case, the instrument showed signs of use upon its return. Since the shipping packaging arrived completely intact and without any external damage, we were unfortunately unable to claim a transport damage with the carrier. To find a compromise, we accepted the return as 'B-stock' and have already refunded the majority of the purchase price (85%).

We truly be regret that we could not reach an agreement that met your full expectations. We take your comments regarding the pickup and description seriously and will internally review how we can further improve our service in these areas.

It was a nightmare

It was a nightmare. 100 emails in order to discuss the obvious, and finally they kept from my refund 50 euro without reason and without receipt. Highly recommend to avoid this shop!!!

The shipment could not be delivered because the delivery address you provided was incorrect. After DHL intervened, we repeatedly offered to resend the goods to a corrected address. Since you declined this offer and requested a refund instead, we were required by our terms and conditions to deduct the return shipping costs incurred by the service provider.

We regret that the communication was so time-consuming for you – our only goal was to resolve the address error with you as quickly as possible.

More Perfect than u can imagine

I ordered 2 cymbals and talked with Janina, because i can’t choose regarding 2 ride… She helped me a lot to choose one of them, and was really professional. To choose the perfect one, she sent me some example and photos !

Then, i ordered it, and got it in less a week (i’m from France).

To thank u them, i ordered a splash cymbal then, and got it really fast.

Received both cymbals in perfect condition with a really good packaging

I will order more from this shop !

ordered a new lanikai oak ukulele from…

ordered a new lanikai oak ukulele from them when it arrived it was nothing like the one advertised im in the uk and paid a lot of money to import it i think they should have emailed me to say it's nothing like the one i ordered i also see that the advert is still running with the same wording last one to order this has turned into a nightmare did get apartal refund which should have been £50 but they paid 50 euros nearly £8 short i wish i had never seen the web advert i advise any one not to shop from them or reverb a very sad ukulele player i

it started well... but it became a nightmare

It started well by providing fast information but it turn out as a nightmare. First because their Ad did not correspond what I have received (it was missing the hihat stand and pedal as shown in the Ad picture). The competitor was 60 euros cheaper and at least the competitor mentioned those pieces were excluded. Second, they shipped me by mistake an additional drumset costing more than 600 with no tracking whatsover from their side. I was looking for returning the goods asking initially 60 for the Ad mistake + 40 for bringing the mistaken drumset to the station. I received only 20 for the false AD, and they didnt accept the settlement (which I stated it was OK as long if they come to pick up the goods). However, instead of acknoledge the situation, refund a fair amount for the mistake, and easy out the return process from the beginning finding to the closest delivery station, the seller started a disrepectful discussion about how my time worth, bargaing down to 20 euro in order to ship back the goods. At the end, I did drag the goods myself out of my apartment to a closest DHL station. Although at the end they promissed 20 euros for doing it myself, never heard from them again. Truly it was not about the money, but the greedy, distrust and incompetence driven by this company.

Order on 16.8. received and shipped the same day. Delivery within the scheduled time! All of the customer's inquiries were answered within a few minutes, including the clarification and goodwill solution of the customer's mistaken assumption that the hardware was included in the scope of delivery. Unfortunately, one box too many was sent. After feedback from the customer (thank you again), a free return ticket for DHL was sent immediately. Free delivery to the postman possible, without time or great effort for transport! The customer wanted to be compensated for the return with an additional 100 euros in addition to a goodwill refund (for the hardware). We refused and offered and refunded 20 euros for the handover to the postman. In all communication we have tried to find the best possible solution for both sides. Although the customer has little time, it was time to negotiate with his lawyer about keeping the over-delivered goods. After a phone call with the lawyer, this problem was also solved. It's a pity that our efforts, the quick answers to questions, the quick delivery and also the goodwill refunds are not considered in this rating. Nevertheless, we wish you a lot of fun with your instrument and stay healthy.

One the best costumer experience :-)

Was my first purchase shop2rock but certainly not my last :-)
My purchase has to be done in two steps.
My first order arrived has promised very fast.
As one of item was postponed because production was stopped , i had to wait a litlle more .
During this all time i have been contacting Robert in charge of order and i can say that he did a beautiful job.
All his info were accurate and honnest (might be the only one left in this crazy world).
So finally the product arrived , Robert notice me (and it was no bull**it).
So again thaank you for super costumer service ....and keep rocking 🤟

Very Happy Customer from Ireland-Schecter PT Fastback IIB

I bought a Schecter electric guitar from Shop2rock last week and was thoroughly impressed with their customer service from start to finish. The guitar was sold as an ex-demo model and was considerably cheaper than a new one. Shop2rock assured me that the guitar was in great condition and I was delighted to find when it arrived that it was absolutely perfect and looked brand new.
From my first inquiry, the staff member who dealt with me was extremely helpful. The response was very fast to each of my e-mails and all my questions were answered very competently.
I live in Ireland but the international delivery was no problem for Shop2rock. They helped me keep track of the delivery every step of the way.
My purchase was really well packaged and protected. The guitar was perfect in every way and had been beautifully set up. It was also excellent value for the price I paid.
I have been buying instruments for many years, and it is refreshing to find staff members who are so helpful and have such fantastic, prompt, informed and friendly communication with their customers. Shop2rock were a pleasure to deal with, especially Patrick. If I could give them ten stars, I would.
