E-mail received was helpful and informative and makes me confident of using Ford on-line again. No issues returning the item i ordered, that in the end i didn't need.

Delivered on time and exactly as communicated by Ford and DHL. Prompt reply when I had a question too.
Item well packaged and protected, arrived in perfect condition.
And you know it's a real Ford part not some knock-off counterfeit like you get on fleabay, which is vital when it's related to brakes and wheels.

Only marked down to 4 rather than 5 star as I find the website search function for the parts I need a bit lacking at times.

Although a part I bought unfortunately didn’t fit, customer service got back to my emails promptly so I could return the item without cost.
I was also refunded in good time.

After buying and fitting Ford genuine mats to my Focus St Line a hole appeared under the clutch pedal area after only one month of less than daily use. I contacted the online shop and was told premature wear was not grounds for replacement or a refund.
Avoid buying substandard products for top dollar from this “Joke shop”.
Update:- Shortly afterwards a manager contacted me to offer 40% discount if I bought another set from them. He was adamant the damage was due to me purchasing mats for an automatic car instead of the manual set I required. Despite me providing proof their website said the ones I chose were compatible he refused to budge. Customer service at its worst.

Emailed about paint codes for my Ford Galaxy as our local parts supplier were unsure of the correct code and indeed match??…Thankfully Anna at Ford help online got back to me with the correct info,, so thank you for the prompt service!….Mr Taylor…Newport….

I found the link within your communications didn’t work I.e. “Enter your reply above the line” there was no field to type in and the keyboard didn’t appear. I eventually found somewhere to type on a different page that didn’t seem intuitive or straightforward. I restarted several times trying to make sense of it. Only 1 of the 2 items ordered arrived with no information about the missing item! I wasn’t sure if the 2nd item was lost or stolen. I found out later that the 2nd item was not immediately available and it would follow. But this should surely been communicated with the paperwork for the 1st part of the order.
